My buddy got hit by a rail in dumont this weekend. Bent his durablue axle. Can they be straightened, or is it trash. thanks for the help.

I thought durablues were guaranteed for life

Depends on which model you have. Mine had a 6 month warranty. I have the fixed length Heavy Duty +4 axle. And go figure, after owning it for 9 months, it bent. The Eliminator and X-33 axles come with limited warranties, only to the original purchaser. Here's their site.

If he is the original owner, they will measure to see how far out of round it is. If its to much, they will replace it. If its within spec, they will straighten it. They say that it will be as strong as new if they have to straighten it. This is true for the eliminator anyway.

RPM has a lifetime warranty. The Lonestar Axcalibar on my R has a lifetime warranty, and I still have the receipt 13 years later...

DID NOT KNOW THAT, BUT FOR $175 AND A LIFETIME WARRANTY U CAN NOT BEAT IT..
