I just picked up a set of carbs for a really good deal off my local craigslist. they are pwk 36s. i am going to get my motor ported really soon and im basicly going to go stock stroke with agressive trail port. Im wondering if that is going to be too big for my setup. Iv heard of people running 34 and 35s so im not really sure. other motor mods are toomey t5s K&N with stock box +4 timing and prodesign impeller. Im going to install a cool head as well aiming for 160psi compression.

If your riding trails those are not the carbs you want. If you were dragging it would not be a problem. :ninja:

they will work but not how youd think for that application , as others mentioned its not the ideal size id aim for dual 28-30mm ,if yo u runthe bigger carbs o na gas 350 youll likely have poor lowend throttle response signal and the torque wont really pickup that well till about half throttle ,lack of intake velocity due to large bore size and volume makes a big difference ,at 160 pounds and 4 degrees advancment it will probably be undesirable for you , i would find some smaller ones to keep it snappy and responsive
