locogato11283 Posted December 29, 2008 Report Posted December 29, 2008 you mean your kicker wont flip out? id say your ball is toast in there. you might have broken it causing the kicker to jam up. gonna have to take the kicker off and put a new spring and ball in there. Quote
kawiking Posted December 29, 2008 Report Posted December 29, 2008 i got sand in mine and it wouldnt pop out. i sprayed a shit load of wd-40 in it and loosend it up. but like tyler said... prob need a kicker rebuild kit. Quote

The kicker has nothing to do with engine performance other than the starting factor  . Take it off and clean it and see if that works. Quote

375hp banshees Posted December 29, 2008 Report Posted December 29, 2008 that statement along w/your sig. :yelrotflmao: :yelrotflmao: Quote
Banshee_Bandit Posted December 29, 2008 Report Posted December 29, 2008 Hey Broke, just like Loco says, your steal ball is all gone inside the kicker mate... just screw loose the kicker, then the bolt, holding the lever on it`s root. careful of that little spring, when hes gone hes gone All fooked up steal ball out and in goes the replacement  Quote
2001Stroker Posted December 29, 2008 Report Posted December 29, 2008 haha. nice quote MJ. Mine did the same thing this past summer. Got some grit in there somehow. I just took it apart, cleaned it, greased the shaft, and put a new/thicker o-ring on it, to keep the dirt out. Quote
