dont have no pics but the problem is it doesnt fit...... i guess the boss manifold is bigger then stock setup therefore it looks like the stock airbox needs to go back and relocated or be modified some how

The boss intakes basically have the reed spacer built in. I don't know of any way to get it all to fit. Your best solution may be to run a different set of intakes like some UPR's. I can see why it all won't fit, but unfortunately I can't be of more help...sorry

so..........anybody??? someone gotta have this setup and have a solution

The solution is to loose the air box. I run boss intakes on 3 Banshee's I've built. I run a LUNGZ intake, the bad thing is he does not make them any more. I'm going to make some out of alum. for some other bikes I'm building. If you want to keep the Boss, you have to do a custom set up.

I went through the same thing when i bought my boss intake, I bought one of the aluminum airboxs like posted above and then had to cut like 2 inches off of it before it fit. I like the setup but it was kind of a pain to get it all to fit. I ride trails with lots of mud and watercrossings too and I take my time when it gets deep and have never had a problem with water getting in. I couldn't find a way to modify my stocker to fit and still needed an air box so this was the best solution i could come up with, looks a hell of alot better too.
