The 400 and the craptor is for the girls bikes. I want to do something with there names on them. Like a suprise. No rush man, I got sick so no riding for like 4 months. And it's killing me. LOL.

So were should the steel plates that are together be in the basket?

So i looked at the pressure plate and were it meets the fibers it is about a 1/32 thiner then it should be. The way I know this is because I have my banshee apart and the pressure plate is thicker at that point. The motor is from like a 92 banshee.

Ok so i'm working on a bike for a friend, I pull the clutch off and there is 7 friction and 7 steel plates. 2 of the steel plates are together. Has any one heard of this. I have never seen this b4.

I have V2's set on high, they have been like that for 3 years now. My dad has a LT500 w/ V2's set on low and he has to put new reeds every year. Some time more often if he rides alot.

The solution is to loose the air box. I run boss intakes on 3 Banshee's I've built. I run a LUNGZ intake, the bad thing is he does not make them any more. I'm going to make some out of alum. for some other bikes I'm building. If you want to keep the Boss, you have to do a custom set up.

Yes, that is a very nice intake. It will work nice.
