so im rejetting tom. main jet is 220 pilot jet 25 needle at 3. altitude is around 900 trail ride and sometimes track ride when i get bored. prev. owner cut holes in air box lid w/ stock filter. So my q is what would be good jets. One more where should i set air box screws after jetting.

if I had to take a stab in the dark I wouldn't think that you would be to far off from stock. I would get a second opinion before you take my word on this but crank it up to a 240 see what she does and then go from there. But i don't think that you will honestly need much adjustments.

stock is 210. i think you should be fine with the 220 and 25 pilot. why did you think you needed to rejet?

she boggs qt throttle & idle stalling. I was riding behind my daughter last night and stalled like 5 times, because she was going slow, but its not a clutch stall.
