plasticookie Posted September 17, 2008 Report Posted September 17, 2008 Im riding an 06 banshee se, that will have: fmf pipes, boyeson reeds, shaved stock head.02-.03, K&N w/o lid, +4 timing, and maybe a 13 tooth front sprocket...Obviously i wont be drag racing, so should I do any jet/pilot work to the carbs??? Oh yeah, 70degrees @ 1200ft elevation. I also currently have stock carbs with tors. Quote
shee4speed Posted September 17, 2008 Report Posted September 17, 2008 you will have to bump the mains to 310 or 300's Quote
jjn56 Posted September 17, 2008 Report Posted September 17, 2008 If you are stock right now and you are "going to be" doing these mods to your bike then you ABSOLUTELY will need to re-jet, no way around it. Quote
plasticookie Posted September 18, 2008 Author Report Posted September 18, 2008 I know the basics of working on an engine, but im not afraid to admit when it comes to things like this im in the dark...could someone tell me exactly what i need or is it somethin ill have to figure out for myself???
