Riding Gear

Not many people around my area wear riding gear.

 

I usually wear a pair of Thor Quadrant boots, Shift riding Shorts/pants. Occasionally but not always I'll throw on a Thor or Fox jersey and I always wear a helmet and gloves.

 

Just curious what everybody's preference is....

My Fly boots, Dickie shorts, whatever Tshirt I have that doesn't smell like ass, My camelback, KBC helmet and Oakley goggles. When I lose a little weight then i will go buy some nice gear.

Does anyone use the Thor 50/50 boots? My wife just got me some Fox 180 pants for my

birthday.. She said she was tired of washing my "nasty as jeans" as she put it...

AXO pants and jersey. Alpinestar Tech 6 boot. I had an AXO helmet that was ultra light and fit perfect but it got stolen with my 96 YZ125. Now I us a HJC helmet. I dont wear my gear unless I'm going out to ride hard. If I'm just f-ing around its jeans, T-shirt, adidas sneakers and the helmet

i have a bunch of sets of gear but currently im using shift assualt jersey/pants/gloves and alpinestar tech 3 boots and one industries kombat helmet with scott voltage x goggles. for christmas im gonna get a pair of fox shortcut pants there the zip off pants to shorts http://shop.foxracing.com/ecomm/web/pages/...d=04057515F.jpg :thumbsup:

My buddy wears the 50/50 boots. I don't like them but that's just me.

I always wear all my gear, its when I am not riding "hard" that I always wreck.

 

Wearing riding pants and gloves has saved me so many times.

 

Anyway, I wear Shift full pants that zip off into shorts (0nly in the dunes do I wear shorts) and a Shift jersey. I have started wearing an underarmor compression shirt under that.

 

My Alpinestar tech 3 boots and always gloves, helmet and goggles.

 

honestly my boots are one of the best things I have ever bought for riding, they are so comfortable but they also protect me from almost anything.

i had the old fox trakcer boots, but they wore out after bout 8 years. now i have alpine tech 6. they are too big, but they were free, so i dont bitch.

pants would be shift recon with a mataching jersey for trails. dunes i dont wear a shirt to wrk on my tan. lol

helmet is axo and goggles are oakley

i've got a few other setups, but that is my main one

no gloves for me until winter comes, i hate wearing gloves personally

I always wear gear. Makes clean up a lot easier (coal dirt). Pants and jersey, no preference. Boots on the other hand I love my Fox Trackers and like my 661's but they are a little bulky and heavy.
