try a impact to break the seal. the easy out, get someone to weld a piece of scrap to it and use some pliers to unscrew it, when we did this we dabbed a spot on the extractor and bolt and it came out rather easy with a pair of channel locks.

you can cut out the stock one and have a replacement welded in and as far as the boots go, ask the dealer or e bay or someone on here. another possibility is to take the stocker to a auto parts store and try to match it up with something there like one from a vw.
