Congratulations on the new bike. Keep those grades up so your dad don't part your bike out on e-bay. Oh, and what kind of jobs did your parents get if you don't mind me axin? They just went and bought almost $18,000 worth of bikes all at once. Last time I spent that much all at once I bought a truck.

I'm sure the oil drain is a 12 x 1.25, 12mm=.472" A drill for 1/2-13 is a 25/64 (I think) which is .390. You'd have to go to a 9/16" or 5/8" SAE, but I don't know those drill-tap sizes off the top of my head. Either way I'm thinking you're going to need your cases apart to do it proper.

That was, without a doubt the most awesome thing I've read all year. When what to my civilized eyes did appear, but a lineup of actors, all liberal, half queer. I'll be laughing at that for the next few days. -
Sounds like its time for a threaded insert. You have to drill it out for the insert, tap it for the insert, so it looks like you might have to split your cases. On the inserts, I'd stay away from Heli-coil inserts. They work best when you are securing a stud that stays put, rather than a bolt that you take out time and again. I'd go with the locking inserts. These inserts looks a little like a set screw, except they have 2 small pins that you tap down once you get the insert seated. This prevents it from backing out ever. We use them in projects every now and again and no failures yet.

So what you are saying is the Japanese, Russians and businessman G.W. Bush didn't make a racist hurricane, they just made a regular hurricane. Oh, and are you sure your death #'s are accurite? I swore they said "20,000-50,000 will be dead" from this catastrophie. Hmmm. You don't suppose the media hyped this horrible disaster to sway popular opinion do you? Interesting article.

My Part Time Business

I'll look over the frame a bit closer. There is a chance that the shitty green paint that was slapped over it filled it in. Would a picture help? -
You must be flying around corners for centripital force to cause the gas to flow to only one carb. if I were you, I'd put the T right off of the petcock instead of where it T's near the 2 carbs. This way, maybe the gas won't be so prone to flow to the outside being that it won't have anywhere else to go but down.

I never had a problem bleeding my front brakes until I swapped out to braided stainless lines. I can't remember how I eventually got them to bleed, but holyshit...was it ever a pain in the ass. Next time I will have a Mighty Vac for the job. I went through 2 pints of fuckin DOT3 before it got it to work. They are still just a hair spongy, but for now I'm leaving it. -
I never click on anything with the .swf affix. In the future, I suggest you use www.tinyurl.com This will hide the url from suspicious, yet potential targets to your joke.

Cool deal. Thats the way it should be. Now, if you see John F Kerry out there, kick his ass so he knows what its like to actually be wounded in combat. -

MMmmmm I'm sure by the time I can afford one, they won't make them anymore. I tried to convince the ol lady that we need to get approved for our home loan this summer, then once be buy the house, sell it, and buy a Saleen and buy a trailer house with the change, but she wouldn't go for it.

Flexible Wood Panels

LOL Well...I'm looking at building a positive and negative for either CF or fiberglass. I really don't want to have some sheet metal rolled/folded, then me having to bondo the fuck out of it, smooth it and paint it. -

You're spot on with that one. I haven't seen a "black" person in my town in the 6 years I've lived here, but the white trash welfare cases are enormous. The gas station 2 blocks from my house gets robbed every now and again by some white trash meth head carrying a brick. Oh, and that gas station is across the street from the police station. Tells you what caliber of people we're dealing with. I had some immigrant Mexican neighbors but they sold their house and moved on out of this dump. Working 15 hours days paid off for them. I wish they would have stayed. They were good neighbors and always kept their yard looking nice. The ass hole living on the other side of me that doesn't have a job, keeps lurking around at night. To the point I'm carrying an 18" bar of 1/2" square steel with a handle on it when I go out at night to take the garbage out. A tookie is a tookie. -
Kanye West Talking Smack Again! (vid)
Cotton eyed Joe replied to gman22's topic in General Banshee Discussion
Hit the nail on the head. I wish I could get paid to talk about myself over a remixed track/loop of some song from the 70's rather than work 10 and 12 hour days thinking about how much the gas bill is going to be to heat a 4000 sqft shop to at least 60F while I'm the only one there working. Theres alot of shit like that going on everywhere. My dads bill (for the insurance) for his new knee is astounding. The knee itself was $5000 or so, the glue was $2000, and the surgeon was about $4000. All of that makes sense. The hospital stay was in excess of $25,000 for less than 3 days. And it was one of the most disgusting places I've ever seen. For $25K I could have holed up at the Bellagio for a day or 2. -

I wish I could have seen that. The guy is doing it to just be an asshat I'm thinking. He just wants the press time and his 15 minutes. What a joke. On the crosses it doesn't say "Jesus blah blah blah" its says the officers name, and I think a date. There is a rest stop about 10 minutes from my house that has 2 or 3, but the UDOT has been using it as a place to park their trucks and equipment while they put in light rail, so I'll just have to wait to fill my curiosity. Pretty soon people will be bitching about crosses placed along the roadway in memoriam of someone that died. Just like the 19 year old fireman/emt/father killed last year a block from my house on his motorcycle when some kid coming the other way pulled the e-brake, slid across 4 lanes and hit him head on at 11 pm. There has been a cross there ever since, and I have no complaints about it. Actually I think its justified. I hope it stays there forever. -

I heard someone on the Tony Snow show making a good point about all these assholes trying to make it more PC in schools and work places by replacing "Merry Christmas" with "Happy Holidays" and filing lawsuits n shit. Their reason is that "Holidays" doesn't denote any affiliation with religion. Then he started to laugh as he said "Dont they know that the word Holiday comes from the words Holy Days?" I'm not religious, but I'll be damned if I'm not going to tell people Merry Christmas because of a few fruitcakes that happen to get their feelings hurt easily. And to top it off, 2 weeks from Christmas some assfuck is filing a lawsuit to have the Utah Highway Patrol crosses taken down from various spots along Utahs roadways. He claims the state is proseletysing (sp), and his religious freedoms have been trod upon. WTF? These are crosses up for UHP that have been killed in the line of duty. I hope santa shits in that guys stocking this year. -

Its even worse. I heard talk about them awarding him the Nobel Peace Prizzle posthumasly....i.e. after death. WTF good is that going to do. Oh I know...they'll get to ramble on about how America murdered an innocent man. An innocent man that made fun of in court (I think what I read even said he laughed), the grumbling/growling noise the asian guy made when he blew 1/4 of his head off. -
Flexible Wood Panels
Cotton eyed Joe replied to Cotton eyed Joe's topic in General Banshee Discussion
Holy shit. Thanks. I've been looking in every industrial catalog I've got and found nothing. Even looked in a archetectural catalog that I get some of my ornamental iron parts from....zip. I'll check the Lowes on the way home. -
I thought I saw some sort of wooden panels, maybe around 1/4" thick, 2 foot square that had 3/16" deep grooves about every 1/8" or so both along and across the surface. This made the paneling flexible along both axis, and its (I think anyway) used for making custom fiberglass work and custom archways in sheet rock work, shit like that. Anyone here know what I'm talking about, and more so, where I can buy some?

I read it. I understand it. I agree with it. People that steal should be put to a year or so hard labor for their first offense. If they don't learn the second time, put them to work for the state for 10 years. -
