  1. I'd like to pull that out of the oven on Thanksgiving. No more inlaws at my house ever again!!!!!
  2. If you find something out let us know!!!
  3. Sounds like they just pressed the bearings together and didn't check it before they sent it. I know someone that does that to ensure that the axle will pass through before it leaves the shop.
  4. Maybe a bent rim.
  5. You need someone to get you one of those big redneck Yamaha stickers so you can go slap it on their front door. If I were you I'd just replace that radiator shroud. Who knows what kind of contamination your bike got from it. Hell, parts might just start falling off it now like it has leprosy.
  6. Ask RZColoBanshee, or WyoDuner. They have ridden there I think. My buddy has too, but I can't remember where they are at. From what I have heard its kind of foresty, and there are some trails there too.
  7. On working out, I would focus on cardio vascular endurance. I would either run on a tread mill, or do a very heavy stationary bike routine. Here at the Golds they have a cycling class that will kick your ass in a hurry. Here is my reasoning. Out at Dumont, I got to ride harder than I ever have, for a longer time than I ever have. Being able to hang on to the front end of my banshee with just my left hand, lift the front end of my bike up off the ground, and rotate it 90 degrees so I could get out of camp, was completely different than my endurance out in the dunes. One of the first things I noticed when I got off of my banshee was I was breathing heavily. I do cardio vascular work outs every day for about 25 minutes each, but I was exhausted. Getting oxygen into your blood stream to your muscles would be way more important than how physically strong you are. If you can lift a house, but can't get fuel to the muscles, then its no good. For the muscles, I would vote the stationary bike again. You would use somewhat the same form on the bike that you do on the Banshee. You're going to use your whole body, so I would go for 18-20 reps of what ever weight you can do. It doesn't matter if you are using the little pink weights from the girls section of the gym. When I do my 18-20 weeks, I'm curling a solid 20lbs. Do 3 sets of that and your arms are going to fall off. Try it with legs.....You'll wish you had never heard of the gym. Calves on the other hand get 1000's of partial reps and full reps everyday. They are a stabilizer muscle. Everystep you take, they support your full weight for atleast a partial rep. When I seriously work calves, I either pile on the weight (seated calf raises with 180+) or standing calf raises...I've done as much as 320+lbs. Or I'll go extreme reps. 150lbs or so for 25-30 reps, and then do as much weight as I can that will allow me to complete 50 reps. Some days its just the 50 rep sets for 3-4 sets. I think you probably work on your grip enough...so I wouldn't worry about forearms
  8. No Im not in Price. I'm in a crappy old ghetto called Sunset. About 30 miles from SLC, and 10 from Ogden. I don't know much about Price. Its close to the sand dunes, and my parents cabin is about 50-60 miles from there.
  9. I didn't know we had anything like that here..... In Price? I know of an MX track in Tooele...and a crappy practice track in North Salt Lake, and I think there is a good track in Willard somewhere....I don't know anything about a flat track though. Sorry.
  10. LOL I could turn that Chocolate milk in to mousee. BZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ If I knew someone at the Walmart or Lowes here, I've always wanted to stick a six pack of beer in one of those paint shakers, well, since I seen it on the simpsons about 8 years ago. I can't pass one with out thinking about it.
  11. On my keyboard there is a key called "Print Scrn /SysRq" press that at the EXACT moment you want to capture....then open an image editing program or Paint or what ever...then all you do is PASTE.... I only figured this out about 6 months ago. lol....there are still about 7 other keys on this hunk of shit that I still don't know what they do.
  12. It was at a middle school addition ...so maybe they were new to it...working their way up to bigger things.... ... hey where's the flame thrower????????? Maybe while you're there you can see if they would want to add on a jail. I swear they just need to make some of the class rooms jail cells these days. When I was a kid we played basket ball all damn night, or we went riding our bikes to some dirt hills...shit like that. Well..I guess they spelled the number 2 right i.e. wasn't backwards. They have that going for them. Who knows, maybe one day they'll be a door greeter at some high profile falling prices kind of store.
  13. Have fun Bob...take some pictures of those mad skillz!!!
  14. When you say "nasty dip" do you mean it falters right there or could possibly fall out of the powerband and stay there if you were on a hill climb? Or is is just a dip that is kind of annoying, and you want to get it smoother?
  15. Have fun for those of us that don't know when the next time we'll be riding again. Drink two for me.
  16. I could mix a can of paint I bet.
  17. I have the Skat Mohawks. I like them more than I liked the stock knobbies. They seem to cut well into the sand when I turn.
  18. LMFAO 397 mph so far........ I want the music that plays when you bust him a good one.... where can I find that remix??? 416!!!! HAHAHA 506!!!!! I LOVE THIS!!!!!!! 669!!! I got that trick figured out...I don't even have to hold the mouse button or anything..... 677!!!!! 748!!!!! 807!!!
  19. 2??? Are these taggers getting so lazy that they don't paint murals on everything they see anymore???
  20. I just clicked on that too!!! No longer a registered user Member since: Apr-05-04 Location: France You think he's already been given the boot then?
  21. Paris France United States What the hell kind of location is that?? It looks like its been lifted right off of Yamaha's website. http://www.yamaha-motor.com/products/uniti...atv&cid=1&mid=2
  22. Mine is similar on the front plastic near the pipe, just not as long. Looks good!
  23. LOL This brings up a funny story that happened out at Dumont. I can't remember exactly who it was I showed this too, but they didn't realize that the old school Skat Trak (the shaved down type) was a lawn mower tire with paddles vulcanized to it. Green Savers is the brand mine is, and it says "DO NOT EXCEED 8 MPH" lmfao...I was going almost 8 times that fast.
  24. In the sand dunes, I can go through 1/2 tank in about 20 minutes. Depends on how hard I ride though. Drag racing seems to eat alot of gas too.
  25. When I used to do a lot of work for the Detroil Diesel Rework West division out here (in Tooele), I got to see some HUGE engines...nothing this big though....the engine I saw had an oil pan four times the size of a bathtub, and one had a rod go through it when the bearing seized on the journal. This oil pan was made out of at least 3/4" steel. Hole I could put my head through right in the side of it. I saw an 8 cyl engine there that I bet had a 12" bores at least! I'd like to see how they put this engine together.......
