I know a few "girls" (they aren't women yet imho) that get back together with their guy because they can't sleep at night, then some other guy comes along and they bail. They guy is a fool for taking her back to begin with, but she's pretty screwed up for leaved every other week for someone else "to find out what she really wants" or "to make sure she really wants him", which in one girls case is a bindle and a dirty dick for some reason. If you are the non commital type person, then be that person. If you are the type that sticks with the first person you've ever loved, then be that person. Just don't say shit to justify doing something. If you are that way, be honest with the other person involved. Either they will accept you or reject you. You cannot control that. You must accept what they decide about you (to be with you or not etc) in order to be honest with yourself and the other person. I've been bullshitted by women before. They act one way, we get serious, then they act another way, the real them shows up, and its up to me to just "accept them for who they are" well, some have gotten pissed when I accept thats how they are, and I have said "get the f*ck out". My choice to be with who I want. And after a situation like that I'm twice as pissed off. #1 I was lied to when a girl pretended to be something she wasn't. #2 I don't like who they really are and I've wasted a ton of time and energy on someone that wasn't what they said they were when all that was needed was some honesty UP FRONT IN THE BEGINNING!!! If you are worried that someone won't like you, so you pretend to be something else for a while, eventually the real you will come out, and guess what??? I hope it wasn't that dip stick I sold you. Check the boots for an air leak. Back firing is usually a lean condition. How do you check for an air leak?? Pull the choke in and see if the condition goes away or changes any. Thats the extent of what I know. Go forth and fix your banshee.

It all depends on the surface finish from what I've seen around here. A brand new Douglas rim should be PERFECT for anodizing. They wouldn't even have to "bright dip" it first since its polished, so there would be one less process to do. Ask some other shops.

...when I was teaching the gf to ride.. when she stalled it and hadn't mastered kicking it over yet, I'd kick it backwards (like the R) from standing next to it. man was that easy. But, once you learn to kick a CR500 over successfully... the shee is *easy* I saw someone kick over a ported CR500 that also had the compression bumped way up. This guy was well into the mid 200's, probably 250lbs+ and he had a hell of a time getting it to kick over. Once it started up that thing was gone! I don't think I could have kicked it over to be honest. I might have got one or two good kicks, but I think it would have bucked me off if it would have caught near TDC at the end of the kick starter travel.

Man I hope for 2 reasons those fuckin hippies aren't out your way. #1. You are further east of California than I am. It would mean that the are probably eyeing up my riding spots as we speak. #2. You got hippies stinkin up the place. I wouldn't doubt that there has been something studied (I use the term studied lightly, more like twisting an observation into what they want it to be) and there might be a butterfly there that is indiginous to your area. I can honestly say in all the years I have been riding I've never pulled a half dead butterfly from my radiator. I'm sure if I ever do I'll be sure to give it mouth to probosis resesutation and flap its little wings up and down to get the bad air out and the good air in. Right after I'll be sure to drive post haste to the nearest vetrenarian for immediate medical assistance.

Sounds like you need an over ride tranny modification. The time you take to shift with the clutch is acceleration time lost. With the over ride you just keep shifting, but you MUST pull in the clutch if you let off the gas on a gear that is over ridden. Its strictly a drag racing mod only.

I've told a few "lookey loos" over the years that have wanted to ride my banshee that obviously don't know how to ride one, or what shit costs, that "I have over $4000 into parts for my banshee (not including the purchase price), and countless personal hours in it, and I don't let anyone pilot it except my wife." that usually stops them, and they get the hint.

I learned it many years ago the hard way. The powder coater called me and said that 2 of my a arms exploded. The shut the whole line down because they thought something serious happened. I have also seen Chevy ball joints tossed in a camp fire explode about 10 beers later after everyone forgot. We were lucky that a: no one got hit by a blue ball joint in the head, eye, body etc. and b: that the forest didn't catch fire when embers and small charcoal (red hot) pieces of fire wood went flying into the air. lol dumb kids.

While its sad to hear about you guys getting rid of your wives, its refreshing as hell to hear that there are prospects for you to find a woman that will treat you how you want to be treated. That after all is why divorce was invented. I would hate to be in a situation some of my family members are in. I have an uncle that refuses to leave his wife of 37 (married since he was 18 to this woman and hes 55) years because he thinks he needs to stay with her "for the children' WTF??? ALL of his kids are grown up and moved away (the oldest kid is around 35 or so, youngest is around 24-25.). There is NO FUCKING reason for him to be with that bitch. He works 12 hour shifts with 2 hour drives to and from work. 16 hours right there. He does it to get away from her. Then when he comes home all she does is bitch about how stupid he is, and that he can't do anything right etc etc. One day he took a day off. My mom said he called her to just get it off his chest. His wife had been screaming at him since he got up, and had been at it on and off for over 12 hours. Eventually the neighbors had enough and called the cops. Nothing got done because my uncle told them nothing was wrong. DUH!!! He should have tossed that bitch out on her fat ass right there. Everyone likes the guy and has to regularly turn down pussy. I don't get it. He has an old 55 Chev pickup he restored, then some dick head hit him head on. He got over $60 grand for his troubles (neck and head injurys) settled out of court. SHE told him he WAS NOT going to restore that "stupid piece of shit" truck, that THEY had bills they needed to pay off.... Want to guess what those bills are? Not their house..its been paid off for a decade. HER $45,000 SUBURBAN and a 30something foot camp trailer SHE HAD TO HAVE BECAUSE HER SISTER HAS ONE!!!! OMFG I hate that woman to death. My uncle is one of the best people I know, and gets treated worse than I would treat someone I hate. Sorry about the rant. Just heard about most of this early this week and it disgusts me that a human being could treat another human being this way in such a one sided cold uncarring manner.

I've registered for 3 yahoo accounts in the last 2 years because I can't remember the passwords or the screen names. I have to write down my screen names and passwords for my eBay account, my pay pal account, my domain registration account, my business and personal bank accounts (total of 6.. ) I can remember stupid shit, and stuff I use everyday like fraction to decimal conversions, and G code, where I live, then names of my parents dogs...stuff like that. I can right click and save target as..... I can successfully change the resolution of my desktop, OH I know how to make a "new folder" and rename files. I'm what the kids these days call a N()()b. I don't "xxownzorxx" anyones "boxxor wtflol!!11!!!!!!@!!@1!1!!" or anything like that.

Depending on the day I think I can start mine cold with out getting up off the seat. BUT...lol...don't flood the bastard. Be prepared for about 50 or more to clear it out.

Probably not a bad price, but they need to include some kind of cash back for new plastics and a new seat cover or something.

i did all the welding on my swingarm. i got the parts from CEJ and then modified my stock swingarm. i just didnt feel like spending 7 or 800 bucks on a swingarm. I also sell complete swingarms with the carriers and all bearings seals etc. I've got a +6 and a -2 with a skid plate mount in stock.
