did anyone notice the industrial size starter sitting on the ground next to it? when a bike needs a big heavy duty starter you know its making some power.

ive never worked on a bike that didnt require a 27.5 pilot after putting on pipes. stock is 25. i think you will need to change the pilot. leave the needle alone.

who said toomey was junk? i would run toomeys over dmc, pro circuit, etc.

i dont know what that oil recommends, but 32:1 is a pretty rich mixture. im runnin klotz at 50:1. at 32:1 he could be having some oil not burned off all the way, causing it to get pushed into the pipes. i would say that combined with jetting being too rich is your problem. as far as the tranny oil leaking into both cylinders and pipes, i would say thats pretty unlikely.

how much tranny fluid is he losing and how did you determine it?? just curious.
