  1. I just bought a titanium full bolt kit for mine.
  2. Yea, the AMA hillclimb series is garbage. They just now put someone that actually knows what hillclimbing is in charge of the rule book. I assume they will be consulting with me about the ATV rules because the ones already in place are ones I set up. That pull off the bottom is what I am referring to basically. If you could get away with running taller gearing it could make up for those 300RPMs.
  3. Is this AMA racing? If so, there must be some sort of track size spec. I can't see how AMA would allow different size tracks, especially considering they could make them all the same easily. Are the track widths all standard size? How much more gear will the Rockets pull than the Shearers?
  4. I actually meant at a race.. The Rockets would probably pull a little more gear. So even if you were giving up 3HP and a 300RPM, you might have been able to make it up in gearing.
  5. You know I don't give a fuck about peak numbers. Did you ever compare RPM/tire speed with Shearers to RPM/tire speed with Rockets?
  6. I already have. And everyone that hillclimbs is already doing it. Anything else?
  7. I would hardly call posting about your accomplishments bragging. It's not like Yahoo news is going to cover it. You might as well post about it. As far as these pipes go, I only own a set of Rockets and I don't even own a motor that they will work on. I did however run them successfully on several different 4mm motors and my old 10mm Cub. As far as the dyno testing goes, I'm just curious. I have zero stake in it. I doubt I'll ever build another small motor. If nothing else, it'll help people make decisions when building 4mm Servals. As far as your dyno testing or real world experience with any of the pipes mentioned, you're only doing everyone else a disservice by not posting your experience. As you stated above, you don't "brag." So, how would we know you've run them or not, successfully or not? I've done both and would hardly call it "bragging." Step up to the plate if you want your opinions to be relevant.
  8. I don't know anything about dynos. I actually ride/race/win. Try it sometime?
  9. Where are your dyno sheets? Where is your first place trophy from the dyno contest? I see a lot of talk but that's it. Unless I'm mistaken, you've never actually won anything, right? Anyway.
  10. Haha. Like I said, no real world experience. You're just the guy looking for the big numbers.
  11. Location will make a difference. Pull the plastic and it's no different than any other mildly built Banshee. There's a misconception about the value of the 2006 SE bikes. I had a dealership in Kansas call me a few years back that had a crated 2006 SE. He wanted to know what he could get out of it. I told him if he could get a penny over $4,000 he better take it. That was based on the used market at that time. He told me he had an $8,000 offer on it but was reluctant to sell it because he thought he could get more. No word if he actually did it. Anyway, if you can get anywhere near $4,000 you better take it, if you want to sell it. That's my opinion anyway.
  12. Buy new. Have it set up the way you want.
  13. That's fucking kick ass. Nice riding spot.
  14. Allen heads = junk. I fucking hate those things. I guarantee you I would never use stainless bolts for anything with weight or pressure on it. They are not made to withstand a load.
  15. The new BansheeHQ hoodies and t-shirts are now in stock.

  16. Neither will be accurate. You need slicks.
  17. You shouldn't use knobbies at all.
  18. I run Advance Auto Parts 10W40 in ours. We've never had a problem. I do believe our overrides are among the best available also.
  19. JUAN = windyjuan
  20. As stated, Cam and I are not biased in this at all. Neither one of us has a stake in what pipe makes what power. We're both just curious. That's all. Everything will be legit on our end. In the end, I hope to put to rest a lot of speculation about all pipes mentioned and I look forward to seeing how they stack up against one another.
  21. You're a typical, lying, doughnut eating pig. The thread is still there. I only locked it to fuck with STY. I wanted him to make a public apology. I guess this thread is good enough. JUAN, you can start cleaning it up any time you want and unlock it.
  22. The problem here is that STY NEVER contacted me or said anything to me about ANYTHING. I get in the SB today and see posts by STY saying "locohomo won't get it" and "knee jerk reaction." NEWSFLASH: I had NO fucking idea what was even going on! No one ever said anything to me about anything. Come to find out, it's about cleaning up the clutch tuning thread.. Really?! Fine with me! JUAN can do it or I will do it.. No big deal. The problem here is that Bryan "Drama Queen" King automatically assumes I will say no, then proceeds to tell everyone that in the Shoutbox. FFS. JUAN knows more about this than I do! Send hate mail to him!
  23. I'm just fucking around. Duh.
  24. John, you should fly out too and offer us your dyno expertise. You can show us how to tweak the dyno to read certain numbers and stuff.
