You're dumb as fuck. I've never lost in court when filing against someone for rent and possession. I always have a contract, therefore have never lost. On top of that, I've only used a lawyer one time to deal with a deadbeat tenant, and that was when I was too busy to fuck with it. Unlike you, I am smart enough to file my own paperwork with the court and deal with it myself. I hope this guy goes to court and tries to stand in front of a judge and explain this story.. At that point, the judge will ask to see a contract. When he cannot produce one, the judge will dismiss the case. End of story.

It's not worth your time. I got fucked about 10 years ago on a job. The guy just up and decided not to pay. When the judge asked for the contract and I didn't have one, case dismissed. And I even had the bills from all the materials. That was for roughly $4,000.

When I did some testing using different pipe setups on the same motor the PT Mid's caused the engine to run on average 5° hotter than it did with the R2 Pipes. So you're saying 5 fucking degrees was the difference in overheating and not? If that's the case you were borderline overheating ALL THE TIME, which means you had issues elsewhere.
