I don't have cali registration... but i contacted BLM... and as long as i'm reg. in any state they said I'm good. That sound right??

That would include what major holidays then?? I've got them coming...so i'll just bring them with me and put them on if i get hassled.

I was going to head out this weekend... but reading up i found i needed sparkies to go play. Don't have any, so that side tracked me. I'm itching to get out in the dunes. Been a dream forever to go out there. Ordered some up today, should be in this week. Still need a corner man for out there.

The stock swing arm sucks it the stock form!!!! Why would you want to complicate it even more with bolting a contraption to that mess. Save your pennies and buy a real extended swinger. But it's just my .02, take it how you will.

According to that post.... NO REAMING REQUIRED. HA HA. I also like at the bottom how it says... "If they break we'll replace them", will they replace all the rest of the parts that get ruined when they fail?? Like they say... you get what you paid for.

I'd have to throw my vote to the one I have. It's a cascade three bar bumper. It's all aluminum and i love it. Might be pricey though, not really to bad $112.50. Got mine from a beater that had it on it. Here's a picture..but the site has it for a 450 now.

That's about right... My registration is 12.50 a year in NY. So it's right on line with that.

I'm thinking about stopping in. I'll be moving from FL to Cali right around that time and driving by.... HUH?? decisions???

Thanks for all the input guys. I'm sure i'll have more questions, or be looking for a tour guide once i get out there. I'll need to learn the ropes in the dunes. Only been a trail rider so far.

I'm sure they make paddles in 10" rims.... but is that a good size for paddles. I have 9" and 10" hipers.... wondering which is better for paddles? The other set i'll use to dirt tires. I've got some cheapo paddles now that i got to play with in FL. They work ok... but will probably have to get some decent ones for the real dunes.

I've dreamed of riding there since I've owned my banshee... Back in '96!!! Now i'll be close enough to burn myself out with it....

I've got a few questions for the guys out in cali. I'm moving out there shortly and want to know what i need to be able to ride. I'm in the military and have my banshee registered in NY since '96. Will i have to register it in cali to be able to ride, or is there some stipulation for military people to keep home state registration?? Any help would be great.... thanks Jon
