I noticed the YFZ shocks in the pic. They are an inch longer and that will make them sit high. But the shock mount being an inch closer to the frame pivot is a bad deal. It screws up your wheel travel. So haveing a longer shock won't do any good. Ask him the reason for the shock mount location. He may have a good explanation. Normally you don't want a high center of gravity for MX. Looks like Blaster location to me. Good luck

The lowers are about .625 wider thanthe banshee a arms at the frame mounts. The uppers are the same width. The other problem is the frame design. The banshee is a wider frame making the a arms shorter. The YFZ is a narrow frame making the arms longer. The trouble is when you have a longer YFZ lower on a banshee frame makes for some severe bump steer. The camber would be way off as well. It would take alot of work to make them fit right and not worth the head aches.

I have a set of chrome LRD pipes with polished silencers. No dents dings or discolor. I built a stroker and went with CPI for the project. If interested contact [email protected]. I'd take 350.00 shipped.

Well there is no reason to get a new swing arm. You can take a die grinder and make a groove in the race. This will let it collapse and fall out. If you don't have a die grinder try driving a pointed punch or screw driver between the swing arm and race and pry towards the inside. This will also collapes it. Good luck

Your right Duece. I wish we had half the stuf kids can get today. That thing is sweet and a wrok of art as well. What happens if he chases your ass down the hall with it? You'd look like you got a ton of bee stings. I say get it if he don't aim for the face.

Plus 4 dune and jump excellent. The only thing is your gonna need a better coil to take the abuse of big jumps. The longer the swing arm the more weight is transfered to the front. I have several +4 duners and one has a motor just like yours. I love it and jump the shit outta it. You may want to go with better front shocks if you have wider a arms too. If you check out Quicksand Motorsports web site on the video page there is a short clip of 2 banshee's jumping. One is a 4 and the red one is a 6.

I deal with Joe about once a week modifying cases, cylinders etc. He has the idea and I make it work. He builds great motors but it will cost you. Haven't heard much about Richards, D+M do good, Jim Cahn, Charlie Ohton,Kenz. They all claim to be the best at it it just depends on what you want to pay and how fast you wanna go. Just remember if you tell them you want to be the fastest, someone will always smoke ya some day. If it were my choice I'd go with Banshee Shack,Jim Cahn or D+M all have good reps here in PHX and at the dunes.

Its a common problem if the oil level is what the factory recomends. Using 2 qt keeps the rod and ball submerged in oil and solves the problem. If you just fill it to the dip stick level it'll do it when you have the clutch in and wing the throttle when drag racing the hills. Hope this helps.

HeyEvil. I'll put up one of our QSM Extreme Rear Rotors for the winner. Anyone have any ideas for the Lady who wins? How about having a poster made for her of her pose? Just a thought. Maybe sell a few to HQ menbers and give her the money? Just thinkin.

4mm stoker would be better. Just my opinion. I have a 90 hp banshee and on asphault it smokes the tires so damn fast its not funny. I can't even imagine getting it to hook up in dirt. It throws alot of sand thats for sure but I think a 4mm stroker would be perfect. Not a big bore either. I have one and its a great engine and bet Jim at Passion can get the job done a hell of alot cheaper. Trinity's to much money for what you get. 7,777 better have billet cases and a 20mm crank in her. good luck deciding.

I keep a sawed off tooth brush in my tool kit just for brushing the sand off before removing the plug. Hope this helps other than staying out of the sand which is not an option.

Were they burning milk weeds? I've spent a few nights in the dunes before they had GPS. We just got friggin lost and not enough gas to run around to find our way back.

what kind of riding are you doing. drag racing dual pipes. xc or mx 2 to 1 helps

I have a set of silencers that fit stock pies. They are aluminum and can be rapacked. Sell em sheap if your interested. They worked better that the stock spark arresters for sure and sound alot better. I've been tol you can shorten up the flange area a little but that seems like alot of work.

I've been running 100LL for a few years and have had no problems at all. If you run hot on AV its too lean as stated before. Ihave 3 Banshees,2LT-80,Lt-50 and a Odessey and they all burn it at 32:1 with KLOTZ oil. NO PROBLEMS AT ALL. The banshee motors are all strokers and big bores. So if This helps you in your decision, I have alot of money in these toys!!!! Good luck with the decision.

He have your buddy get ahold of me and we'll get it redone. I've had a bitch of a time getting good chrome here but finally struck a deal with an excellent shop. So tell him to give me a call and we'll get it replated when he's got the time to have it apart for a few weeks. Gary
