I can't say that I agree. :roll: I went to the 2:1 from the pods & didn't notice a bit of change in HP. :? Both work great. The 2:1 is, in MHO, is easier to maintain & keep clean, and you can get a K&N for it. I am using the UNI filter w/outerwear & it works great.

I plan on going w/a silvervain frame & chrome arms.....

I don't know,...I think it depends really on what kind of riding you do, but not really though. I've heard a lot of people w/cut fenders tell me they don't get any more dirty than before...and I've observed myself on my fenders after some mud that they only catch about 2 inches of what's thrown up anyhow. I'm gunna cut mine, hopefully this weekend,...but who know's, I've been saying that for a while...

Wicked,....I'm pretty much the same....don't ride much trails, other than the ones on my ranch here & there...but mostly dunes, drag & play....

...a slight shift of the ass to one side or the other seems to help me turn a bit....what's fun is ride a wheelie at an angle up a dune 2nd and/or 3rd, then at the lip shift your weight & ride it along the top of the dune, or keep the weight shifted & tear down it on a wheelie :twisted: They tell me I'm crazy :roll: It'd be cool if we all could get together & ride someday...

I like my AC.....the stock one took on a small rock on a pond damn & it's in a ball-like shape now. Also had to replace the chain-tensioner & bottom bolt for the carrier,....don't drink & ride :?

Those atc's are easy as shit to wheelie,...fun to dick-around on. The fourstroke grunt down low helps & it's no problem keeping your balance....same way with my buddies 400ex(piss's him off that I can out-wheelie him on his own bike)

I'd go w/the pro-circuits myself I run that setup w/ a dynojet kit & prefer them in overall performance over my previous toomeys. A buddy of mine just bought a kit for around $500 from ProCircuit that came with the Platinum pipes, factory stainless silencers, complete jet kit, & boyseen reeds & spacers....and maybe a pro-flow adapter. Pretty good deal if you ask me. It runs damn good for a stock motor, now he just needs to get rid of the stock filter shit & go with a 2:1 or K&N's....

I need to get it off mine, but I've never had a single problem with it yet so I just haven't messed with it... :roll:
