Ah hell scott...throw that thumper in the truck & head north for the weekend!

Us too. We'll be in the cowboy campground most likely, my bro-in-law & his family are leaving like Wednsday, so they should have us a spot, we'll find room for you to pull in. Another old friend from St. John, KS is planning on coming down with his zilla & his girl and her mini-zilla. Expecting at least probably 6 buggies, if for some reason you get down there before me, my bro in law will be there with his 95 Green Z71 with the new truck style wheels on it(nice truck) with a 20' enclosed & his green buggy, and my sister's(uh...I think it's blue now buggy) and their little one's Z50 and his LT250. Next to them will most likely be my uncle with a big F250 quad cab V10 and his 20' enclosed with 'Johnson Racing #1' on the sides. I'm hoping to get down there around 7-8ish or so...pretty much just look for the rails in the cowboy camp & ask them if I'm with them and pull in. I'll be in the truck pictured below with my buggy & the banshee and EX on it. Going to have the mom & the ex with me(don't ask...lol )

Hitting the dunes this weekend with the family, anyone else going? Will have my sandrail along with a bunch of others in our group if anyone wants a ride let me know!

I agree & am thinking along the same lines as far as the shifting issue...what oil are you running? How old is all this stuff?

You may see a little smoother transition into the powerband, at least that's my experience with them. I currently don't run them, but I know a guy who runs them with ported cages & his banshee runs real smooth, doesn't have the 'lightswitch' powerband that some shees posses. But no, they're not required by any means.
