  5. Come on!!! Your racing a 400ex and a Raptor, start in first gear, rev her up and launch it!!! The 400ex won't hang unless it's pretty worked over. Now the raptor might give ya a little trouble come 4th gear but If you hit your shifts right you might win. Only one way to find out! Win or Lose keep your head high cuz your riding a Banshee. Cool I can buy a new case from yamaha for $65 ( not likely to find it from the factory for $65, can't even buy it on ebay used for that! ) send it to you to chrome it for $150, so I've spent $215, plus shipping from Yamaha, plus shipping to you and back, so I'm looking at aprox. $240-$250 right? Compared to $125 plus shipping so about $135-$140! So you would save about $100 dollars and about 3-5 lbs. sending it to me to be ploished. And your point was?

Clutch Case Polishing =$125 Compare to billet after market cases cost of atleast $225, and thats if you can find one for that cheap.   11. When porting the reed cages do you want to keep the sharp edge around the ports or round it off?
  12. I bought one at a auto parts store for $5. Any auto parts store has them, look in the near the air conditioning componants. Then search the forum for temp gauge mods pretty easy just splice into the coolant return.
