Ahh another MOD Temp Gauge, look it up, there are a couple threads already. *Lian Turbos out of an old van? Really? Who wants to hear more about that? I would never ever suggest using any parts from an old van to mod your banshee. Banshee can be turbo'd, I've seen a kit a while back on EBay, very nice tdo4 hybred turbo, for about $1500. If your a good fabricater I imagine you could apply a turbo to a banshee for less. Keep posting Mods

Anozized paint works good! But back to the real mods Install grease fitting to axel carrier (Pretty easy get a small grease fitting from auto store, hardware, wherever, center punch a hole in the center of the top half of the carrrier, drill it out. Now comes the work! Get to the axel collar, after you've taken your whole axel apart that shouldn't take long . Then line up the grease fitting hole with the collar and drill 2-3 holes, depending on drill bit size, don't get carried away. This keeps the axle well lubricated.

Hmm not sure if I would want to decrease my width. Wider is better. The lowering kit is like $60 bucks the blaster shocks are like $15-$30 shipped. Whatever though.

Yup sounds like it might be electrical. Try getting spark from your plug cap? If u get no spark there make sure all your connections are correct. Also do you have your run and off switch still installed? The gas tank is one way in one way out! In the spout out the petcock. CDI maybe, but It worked when you took it apart so..... Good Luck.

Well lets see does the bike wanna start when you first kick it? Are you flooding it, kick it a couple times check your plugs? All ways try to tune your bike with newer plugs, I don't but it's a good idea lol,. It could be alot more simple and the bike is cold. Compression should be square if you just had the head done? Starting fluid will usually work, but your bikes not starting for a reason, starting fluid is a bad habit. Also does it idle when it finally starts?

I saw an item advertising chrome blaster shocks, etc.... They stated that the blaster front shocks would fit and drop a Banshee liek 2 inches? Anyone ever tried or heard of this?

Depending on *how much wear there is* you should be fine with the pistons that it came with but invest in a new pair of rings. Dome wise I'm not sure.

I have a set of UFO blue plastics, in good shape, normal little scrathces here and there but in great shape. I would like to trade these for a pair of black plastics. Straight up trade. Or if anyone has black Plastics I'm looking to buy also.

Good luck that paint is tough. I can tell you that ez strip from the home depot doesn't work. Airplane stripper will work but as we told you you have to use steel wool, then buff out hte scratches.

I start at 1000 grit wet sand and make my way up to 2000 grit, polish and no scratches! Just the way I do it.

I have a 2000 Impreza AWD w/ 17" ADR's with blown side walls, the tires look like they have baseballs sticking out the side of them, I hate OHIO roads!

600 grit will tear your rims apart, not to mention you'll be trying to polish the scrathces out till next Xmas.

Well I guess the ? is now where to drill the holes in the frame? With out comprimising the strength. What about water, if moisture gets in the tubes it might rust from the inside out, you guys think a dab of silicone around the hole after the wires are ran will work?

I've heard ppl mention running there wiring thru the frame? GIves it a cleaner look, anyone ever do it here? Pros and Cons?
