I would suggest wet sanding with the grits Dirttoys suggested.

RZ 350's are great friend has a Kenny Roberts, yellow and black. Kinda rough to wheelie, stock suspension is pretty poor.

I took mine off right away and polished them. Bling Bling is better than a burnt up sticker.

Here in Cleveland Ohio you can have your frame sand blasted for $40. Why waste your time and money with stripping and sanding?

While trying to replace a blown bearing I cannot free the sproket hub, my clymers book tells me it just slides off The bearing behind the hub is the one that went any ideas on how to get this thing off? Tried cutting, heating and just plaing beating it off, still nothing has worked!

What a rip for those american racer tires, you can get them new for $90 a pair.

Depends how your frame is, if its not bad just hand sand the rough spots. Your average car paint with clear should hold up very well, if not sand blast and powder coat.

How is the clutch case the easiest to polish? It has a bunch of small grooves, ohh I know you must have a magic polishing cream huh? Oh yeah and you have a booth to glass bead things like I do too right? Anyone can polish, but few can polish to a mirror finish with NO SCRATHCES!

Just take the whole air box lid off!?! If your only drag racing, that is!
