pump gas is fine for 145lbs but I have advanced my timing and with a shaved head I am at 145lbs also so I run a 50/50 mix of VP110 and 92 pump gas. at the dunes I will ping on pump gas so running the half mix works very well. and saves some money @ 5.75 gal for VP. ouch.

front brakes are like Guns, it's better to have it and not need it, than to need it and not have it. I use mine all the time in the sand dunes.

my Barnett clutch is not hard to pull at all. I don't know what everyone complaines about. maybe I am too strong. try a new cable, and lube it all the time.

I use a Barnett dirt digger in all my bikes.

I run a twist on both my quads and have no problom. BUT on my ATC250r it's a differint story. they require soooo much body english that I put the thumb throttle back on. and I have noticed that most the pro mx quad riders use thumb. maybe for saftey reasons. jumping landing coming in contact with other riders.

Dura Blue makes one that is just like what's on the Cannondale's . it's made out of some realy tough plastic that holds up well. I think James Lucky sells them and Nac's Racing I don't run a skid because my Quads are only riden in the sand. just wanted to through this one in the hopper Glamis in 9 days , YAAAAAAAA BABY

if one tire has more air PSI than it is bigger and will drag the other tire. other than that maby you got two differint rubber compounds. I have holeshots on my R and they have worn evenly.
