I just got back from the Cinders and I think something is wrong with my Banshee so I might not have it fixed b4 we go. so I hope everyone don't kick me out of camp with my Honda's. I should get there on Thursday night and have a sign posted for everyone to look for. this will be an off weekend so it will be easy to find everyone.

if you are closer to Vages then Page it would be faster to through Vages and take 95 south all the way to Yuma, it's a strait shot south. follows the Colorado River. I have driven everywitch way and 95 will get you to Gordons faster than going through Arizona. what route did the map quest come up with ?

from where I live in Arizona it takes me the same amount of time to drive to either side. going to the Glamis beach store I go through Blyth and turn south on 78 witch is a slow road. it feels like you are driving through someone's front yard in a few places. the road is not that great with big dips and very curvy, lots of cops. but going to Gordon's Well it's a faster drive but 20 miles more to drive. go south from Quartzsite on 95 to Yuma and then it's 15-20 miles west on I-8 . what's so great about camping at Gordon's Well you have Yuma for supplies and MEXICO for fun. we go over the border every trip. I go see a dentist because of how cheep they are. venders galore selling all kinds of stuff. and you can get Medication real cheep, hell they were handing out samples of Viagra on the street corners. ohhh and Jethro ! you can drink legally down there. :roll: hey Stan you will drive right by my house if you go through Flagstaff. so stop at my house in Chino Valley (I have 2 acres) sleep some then it's 4-5 hours from my house. it takes me 4 1/2 hours to get home from Lake Powell. maybe that will give you some idea of your travel time. I can not beleve you could not find me. I could dam near watch the drags from the top of my rig. I always park generaly in the same place everytime I go. we need something like christmass lights or a flag with our BHQ ID on it. I wrote THX-1138 on all my flags hoping someone from BHQ would see it. I will make a huge "BHQ" sign and post it above my rig so everyone can see. yes ? no ? what do you think ? I try and be there b4 everyone elce shows up so everyone can just look for the sign (and my trailer in pic) and make camp.

it really doesn't matter to me when (self employed) so I just need to know what date so I can make sure I schedule around it. what side do you want to meet at ? north side or south end ? I would rather go to the Gordon Well's side.

I have a huge groop I go with and we all meet up on that weekend. if I lived closer I would be there every weekend riding. I will try to make it on what ever date you guys decide on.

I say Halloween, that is my first trip to the dunes every year. and I go to Gordon Wells to camp, closer to Mexico.

+ 5 will be a big inprovement. gas don't make power tuning is how to make power.
