  1. i know its a old post but i found some t5 pipes without exhaust for 150€ but one is welded, but otherwise its 360€ for some fmf fatty with exhaust i already have power core 1 fmf exhaust and fatboy 2 exhaust that i run on stock pipes will t5 pipes with fatboy 2 exhaust work? (i love the sound of the fatboy2) fmf are to long i find
  2. Ahhh reeds mine are messed up i have some Vforce 1 and the flaps don't lay flat on the surface one side is worse that explains why one side feels like more pressure and have more fuel out of the exhaust tip. I was to greedy to buy new flaps 80€ for 2 and i need 4 so 160€ a bit expensive i cant almost buy Vforce 4 for that Sorry old publication i know was just cruising around for information.
  3. my cap is dead cause the rubber seal got eaten (the bike has been sitting for a couple of years and the radiator cap was stuck the rubber expended, same for the rear expension cap (but cant find a new one for the rear so i just cut it down) but the front i used one of my 450cc bikes that had the same cap seems to overflow less from the overflow now (i guess the other cap was really dead) but now im curious about those cap with temp guage and also i dont know how much psi my 450cc radator car is rated for... ik just rebuild the hole bike so dont wanna make a stupid mistake..
  4. 1) stock pipes with fatboy silencers 2- stock foam twin air 3- stock air box no holes 4) no clue above sea level 5) 22.5 6) 210 7) no idea 8 - nope stock cylinders prox piston 9) stock of a rdlc 31k 28mm carbs 10- 28mm
  5. yeah i always say how do you want a banshee engine to make less hp? it is the same engine same crank same cylinder same piston.. yet it says it makes 48hp my ass yes, i think they did a power test with a stock 1987 and didnt think about the difference of sprocket gearing with then big 22" rear tyres, gotta remember 1987 and 1988 have 13-40 gearing while later models have 14-41 so if you do both with same tyres (for a dyno they probably do put a set of street tyres on) u get less hp out of the 13 teeth banshee cause it will make less RPMS then a 14 teeth banshee and on a dyno RPMS = POWER
  6. hi, so we just rebuild this banshee (it was a long project of me) so its finaly all to gether and no im kinda stuck on what is good as jets and settings for my carbs cause i bought them separate without main jet and choke, cause it had 2 x 35mm pwk and they are directy and didnt fit right so i put in a 210 main jet the pilot jet is 22.5 (i dont have any others) air screw at 1.5 (cause 2 was to much i think) i got stock air box with twin air filter (no mods to the air box yet) it got v force 2 reeds stock pipe with some fatboy silencers. since i just rebuild it i dont wanna mess it up by running it bad with wrong carbs settings, it start and i got it to idle with the idle screw on the carbs since it are rdlc 350 31k carbs 27.5mm so if anyone can help me sugest what should be good to work in the engine, cause its a fresh crank, and piston cylinder at 64mm ran 30min from what the seller told me. i made a 3.5% mixture just 5L for now. ow and so i started it again it ran fine but one side blows more air then the other, and sounds like it sucks air somewhere (cause there is like a sound like you put a pod filter on your car but hard to hear where it comes from) so im scared it takes air somewhere between carb and engine (it all has gaskets between reeds and engine and reed to rubber for carb and all screwed down tight) tried to ask for help on facebook but didnt get much help.. (from english or french pages..)
