  1. I may order snipers, but I need to talk with whoever does my engine first.
  2. Thanks for the info. I guess I will be looking at intakes first, and came across the boss intake. Is this any good? Are there any issues with the carbs hitting the clutch arm?
  3. Do you think I will lose any low end with the 33mm's if the motor stays a 392 or I make it a 421? Thanks.
  4. That was my ATC. I had a OOF on there and a LED pipe when I sold it. It was a strong running motor.
  5. Exhaust port timing is 190 degrees.
  6. Those were the domes that lane from driveline sold me. I have 19 CC domes on the way. Right now the compression is only 155. I would like it to be higher in the 170 - 180 range
  7. I agree with U. I am surprised how good it pulled considering how fat the plug looked. I had a 363cc Sphynx motor LED built me in my ATC and that was 60 to 65 hp. The banshee seamed just as fast and it weighs more. The carb thing got me thinking, don't wan't to kill the snap in it with a huge carb. There has to be something in the middle like a 30 or 32 mm flat slide that would work just as good.
  8. Funny shot Lol!! 4 mil dam phone.
  9. I didn't get the 4 military cylinders. I will need different pistons. If the motor is getting a new crank I think I'm going to send it to Redline. Let him do up the trans, some porting and do the bigger carbs.
  10. Whats carbs would you use? My next move is a 4 mil crank.
  11. I would like to. I don't know of anyone around here that could even do it that is good.
  12. Do you think I need bigger carbs?
  13. So I shouldn't be seeing any fuel ring on a fresh plug for a 300ft blast? Also forgot motor is a 68mm x54mm.
  14. Merry Xmas to all BHQ members and there families!! I went for a quick ride today and did a plug chop. This pic is a fresh plug that was installed in a hot motor and went for a 300 ft blast into 6th gear and killed it. A little info on the motor setup. Driveline cylinders as cast with 21 cc domes with a Noss cool head. SLP pipes , V-force 4 reeds + 4 timing .Stock carbs with K&N pods 380 main 30 pilot and toomey needle 4th clip. Fuel is VP C12 with Maxima 927 @ 32 to 1. Looks pig fat , but I am use to looking @ drag car plugs. Thanks for any input.
  15. Chrome that bad? I have been looking @ CPI , but they seem hard to come by. Snipers look nice, buy come raw steel. Arlen wanted 1500 for a pair of hand coned pipes. Dammmm , a little more then I was looking to spend.
  16. Pro Design - K&N filter with outwares and base plate. New never opened. 75.00 shipped Modqad - coolant bracket , new 15.00 shipped Used PRM skids 75.00 shipped [ would rather not separate the skids. Paypal only. Parts are located in Central Jersey.
  17. Has anyone purchased SB inframe pipes for Shearer lately? I read some fitment issues with their pipes and wanted to see if they have been cured. I'm looking at SB inframes [no air box]. Thanks.
  18. I am installing my new Driveline cylinders tonight. Can I install the base gasket dry? Looks like the stock one was installed that way . Thanks.
  19. Thanks. Think I'm going to get those. Ordered a few thing from them and was happy with their service.
  20. I may be in the market for some good shocks. I came across these stage 3 Elka's. Any one have a better deal out there? http://www.ebay.com/itm/YAMAHA-BANSHEE-ELKA-SUSPENSION-STAGE-3-FRONT-REAR-SHOCKS-FREE-T-SHIRT-/251873154108?fits=Model%3ABanshee+350&hash=item3aa4cf543c:g:Wy0AAOSwPYZU~g3j&vxp=mtr
  21. How would a 2 into 1 setup work with the SLP pipes? Being that these pipes sign off a little early thinking it may be pretty good. what size carb would be best? Like PWK myself. Thanks
