Ok I mean if I drop the front sprocket by one tooth I think it may work smoothly. Should I keep grinding a little more

I can now get the chain on but it is pretty tight if I grind a little more on each side it will be where it is supposed to be

Yeah I would rather grind and fab than that link id hate for that little link to break and threw my case

Positive and what did you grind forward the carrier? Do you have pics?

Also with that tensioner will it interfere with my skid plate

So with that do you ever have to adjust the tension in the back of the swingarm. Do you have a link where I can buy one from. And I see you have an extended swingarm will it still work with the stock one

So I tried tightening my chain today and it's at max adjustment. The chain has 10 hours on it it's a higher end pro taper chain. I can't take a link out because then the chain will be too short. I'm running a 14t front and 41t rear sprocket. It Has a mod quad swing arm chain slider and 43mil all balls chain rollers upper and lower first picture is with carrier at full adjustment Second picture is with carrier all the way in with carrier all the way in if I take a link out I won't be able to get the master link in. https://vimeo.com/160515184

Yeah I have to take a link out in order for me to get s good adjustment. Hopefully it's nothing major

That's what I'll do would it have anything to do with those engine dampers that go on each side of the engine where it bolts up to the motor mounts mine doesn't have them

90 banshee all new chain and sprockets new all balls upper and lower chain rollers and new swing arm slider. Chain is a little loose and I' noticed a slight clicking sound coming from the rear of bike now I just put new tires on it and it got worse check the video out https://vimeo.com/160471568

Yeah the bottom of the carbs are dry and I have over flow hoses on it that run out in the back of engine near swing arm

Cleaned it all spotless with aluma bright and then when around with thinner to get all the old bond off will I be good if I can get it sealed up?

It's under the crank where it is I saw it leaking

The hole doesn't go though it just from when they caster the case you can see looks like there spots where it was drilled and stopped. It looks cracked there dk how than could of happened

Have a banshee rebuilt the whole motor maybe 10hrs ago and came across a leak from the case half bolt I cleaned it all up and put Yamaha bond along the threads where the gap is as pictured seems to be running fine to me do I have to split cases? To seal up the case halfs better. Also where the rag is looks like there is a little hole from casting the lower half engine case looks like it was drilled in 1/4 of inch. There's a few it's from the factory where they mold the cases but it looked like a tiny crack where it was leaking so I put some jb weld for aluminum. What are your thoughts.
