  1. So im jetting my PWKs this is my plug chop Im running FMF gnarlys, 4mm crank, 66mm bore, mild port job, vforce 4s & twinair powerflow kit with no airbox lid. Current jetting is JJH needles, 2nd clip from the bottom, 190 main & 48 pilot. Still seems a little lean. Runs mint no bogs or flat spots, just gets warm. Leak down held 6psi for 30mins & didnt move. Any ideas, should i go bigger main? 195 or 200?
  2. Sorry to hijack... whats the modded shaft like? Whats done to it?
  3. motor locked up, looks like air leak on the left side. thats more than likely the overheating. need to get the leak sorted before i go any further with the jetting.
  4. so after my ride out tuesday, my shee decided to seize up after an hours use on a fresh rebuild. I didnt do a leak down test. This was my plug on the L/H side The right hand side is as fresh as the day i fitted it.... Crankseal looks good, im assuming air leak. Leak down test is next... however being in the UK it is proving hard to find all the parts i need to build a tester.

  6. Yeah, might need to drop the pilot & perhaps go one more main up. Still seems warm
  7. Sounds like stator, mine would run great but blow a plug on the one side after 2 hours. Replace the plug & she would be fine again. Had the stator rewound & shes good as new.
  8. Changed to 50 pilot & 180 main. Cooled her right down!
  9. Got 50 pilot & 175 in there atm, same needle middle clip, running a little warmer than i would like. Ill do a plug chop & go from there.
  10. Anyone got baseline figures for, 4mm stroker 66mm bore, vforce 4, mild port job, 28mm PWKs. FMF gnarlys at sea level. Thanks in advance

  14. Drop em in loosely, theyll all stick out the same height before bolting them in.

  16. Too small. They use bigger carbs on the 125+
  17. Ive got a pair of carbs from 2 YZ85s, & replaced the internals, for half that price.
