If you ditch the airbox and add timing, you better go up a couple of size in main jet and start from there.

I think that you're not in a hurry to change the part, 'cause I dont think it will go out soon but, it will wear out and probably getting bigger with time.

Yeah, I did that on my stock carbs and on some snowmo too. I will do it tomorrow but I think it will be not enough.

To understand a material, how it react, you have to understand what the numbers and curves that define the material mean.

Sure, remeber when i was talking about stifness to weight ratio?? That was exactly what i was talking about. Carbon fiber have a way higher ratio than Ti or Aluminium.
But i have zero knowledge about making carbon fiber parts.
