    They should bottom out unscrew your idle screw all the way out they might be in to far and adjust from there

    Both should be like this the groove on the inside and the cutout to the back and youll run like new

    Cutout is to the rear facing the airbox on the top of the slide

    Well if you passed jus make the the grooves are in toward the choke tube and your cutouts should face the airbox on the top

    They could be leaking then have you done a leak down test

    Well i believe they can go in 180degrees larry ive done it forst hand since my cutout were in the fron and they need to be in the back so there for 180 degrees the wrong way...i know from first hand experience like a month ago

    I did the same thing so the slides or maybe only one is 180degrees backwards
