  2. I would be too thats a lot of POWA idk if I could ride a 521 that well coming from a 4 mil, would prolly take me a while to adjust. id like to ride a 7 mil first to see the difference before ever jumping from a 4 to a 10

Yes get a JL engineering swing arm he will powder it for you too prolly spend like 345 for it shipped ( or fireball , thats what loco is going to respond to get) but I have JL and thats my biased opinion bc thats all ive ran, then get a used carrier from JJA on their garage sale. They are basically new

  9. my head hurts reading that lol my gosh 350 main? that's rich af on a stock motor. if ALL you have done to your bike is pipes and reeds (assuming your going to jet this bike with vf4s) a 27.5 pilot will do and your main will probably be around 290 to 300 id buy 290 thru 310 to be safe. depending on temps and elevation your jetting might be different than others. you said you got your stuff from vitos? if you have their needle you will probably be in the middle or 4th clip. While you have that stuff off id pressure test just to make sure you don't have air leaks like RAJUN said
  10. if ur running stock jetting (200 main and 25 pilot) that main will be way small if you have those fat bastard pipes on. Things to consider as well. 1. if the idle screw nubs (where they screw in at) have been filed down at all, when the tors gets deleted and you drill and tap those threads on there the idle screw housing has to be filed down to give the screw enough adjustment. 2. get a cross over tube instead of boost bottle. 3. watch a video on how to sync your carbs (look up south texas banshee on youtube) that will be easier than trying to type it out.
  11. depending on how grooved the basket is I wouldn't file them down. if its minor sure but if its grooved to hell and ur running basic mods just get a used oem one that's not grooved or billet
  12. depends on how much you are willing to spend, but getting some porting done with some added compression and some reeds would be your next step. or you could get a 4 mil crank AND have it ported. Will cost a little more but will make more power. the options are endless but will only take you as far as your wallet (or credit card, not advised lol) will go
  13. you can make it a BANSHEE 400 and it will be fast jk but seriously there is a lot of things you can do. yes a 4 mil will make it quicker, but there is more to it than just changing out the crank. Id pick a sponsor on here to do your work and contact them. I would start with after market pipes that will support your riding style, reeds and some advanced timing (adjustable timing plate) also learning to tune your carbs will be a good skill to learn once you start changing stuff

  15. hey guys sorry just seeing this.. 4 mm stroke long rod.. Also im getting this replated at the moment, so I will have them back in a month from driveline and they will be for sale for 550 im thinking, just needs pistons. cases are sold btw and carbs. if any one is interested I will sell the 4mm HR crank and the cylinders together for a deal too.
  16. is your crank welded? that's something you want if your gunna start raising compression. also have you cylinders been ported at all? if not 20 ccs should put you around race gas numbers. You should have around 165 to 170 psi of compression to run race fuel. Order you a cool head from driveline in Ortonville, MI (248) 793-3535 or email [email protected] and get their billet cool head and they will cut you the domes that you need.

  21. possibly. i just pulled my head to swap to some diff domes and found chipping on the plating so I gotta make sure i dont have to put any money into this now.
