  1. Cast serval is the plan. I am going to call F.a.s.t first
  2. True that and yes assemble. Will call tomorrow. Didn't cp make them? Sorry for my ignorance. I am learning
  3. I was thinking a stock cast serval will get me where I need to be...for now and send it off for porting in the winter. Is the serval something kept on hand if so who is the best bet. I see azquadparts in Mesa has them but I would much rather stay with a site sponser. I will be building myself
  4. I have decided to build a 4mil 421 serval. I already have a set of sb shearer pipes. Can't decide who to use. I am thinking fast bc they have everything I am after. Clutch, shift mod, jets, domes crank etc etc. I only want a clean up port. I will not be racing and am trying to avoid override. This is for fun. I would like to see 75-80 hp. Race gas is not a problem but would like to 50/50.it. Any ideas on dome size? 22cc? High compression = More low end? I do not want to wait months either. Fast Redline Herr ??
  5. Pipes are on the way. Where can I get a good turnaround on the serval?
  6. I have started to pull the trigger and open the wallet. I have two shees so I am building this one for speed. I am going with the 4mil serval and shearer pipes (keep the pc and try both) heavier clutch and shift star. I am in no competitions and don't want override. The 28mm will have to work for a while
  7. I thought a 358 would handle my carbs better with quicker response than 4mil. I will not run that 358 w/o a new crank. It's between big money serval or cheap 358 but gotta do something currant port job is not working well. Wish I knew more about it
  8. Can I run as is with just the cub ...port later?
  9. For my type of riding I bought the 28mm for response. With my currant setup would I be happier for a while? I like the mid the pc provides although I lack on the top. Is 4mill necesary? I do not drag
  10. Thinking about buying the 358 ss cub from a member. What do you think of those. Ports have not been touched
  11. What shape are the cylinders in? Do you have pics?
  12. i open it up in fields from time to time and run dirt pits around here. I also ride a track. I love to jump and don't mind doing it with speed. I was leaning dune/play port. Not really sure what. I don't want a real low focused job (mx Port). I still want to take money. I used to race mx in the 250 class (2-stroke) and I want something that will give me the blast of my 250.
  13. Sleeper06 do you still do port work? I have a set of stock jugs I would love to have setup for my style.
  14. looks like squish might have been a little close
  15. Thought I had more but guess not. They need to be honed.
  16. If no leaks consider them sold. Three for two deal? Send paypal invoice to zk_ek@yahoo.com. Shipping to a business address zip 78363 kingsville texas
  17. Plugs are the same. Got them off craigslist. Any idea of intended use? If not the pc what pipes?
  18. People keeping there pipes or selling them aside from the bike. I bought a shee two weeks ago ported etc etc with stock pipes. The bike old pipes looked newer. No secret
  19. I have not touched the needle. I am thinking about one click richer and 162 mains
  20. I am now on third Banshee lol big family. This is my first experience with the pwk and I am having trouble getting it dialed in. I picked up (cheap) a set of ported cylinders and had them bored and honed (saving for cub) They seem to have very large intake ports and boost ports as well as a raised exhaust port. Looks like good clean work but I know nothing about porting nor will I pretend to. The bike idles great runs great but seems to be lacking at the top or from 1/2 to full. no hesitation or miss, pulls well but I expected more and comparing to the other two I have I should have more. I am thinking a lean condition. The plug look dry and grey. The currant setup is 158 mains 45 pilots needle in middle position. Mods are 21cc domes, pc pipes, pods, +4 timing, Vforce 4 squish is good, compression 150psi, leak down passed Not as loud as the other with FMF pipes either Any suggestions? Any idea on type of port? I am at sea level, 80, and it is humid My dumba$$ only took one picture of the port job and that is of the intake side.
