  1. Did a longer run yesterday and now I am thinking rich... Does vp110 mixed with 93 pump make less brown and more grey tint? Plug has grey tint up and down but mix is comming out both exhaust ends? Using 32:1 castor. This is with 160 mains center clip! I think the race fuel is messing me up. Radar might have been correct with his original thought of 155. This chop was warm up and about 5 long straight runs at WOT in 6th. Bike is fast and quick. Needs longer arm. Trying to be safe and get the most out of her.
  2. Wanted small beer/reserve gas rack. Small black is best but I have paint
  3. Thinking about going down in mains two to three sizes and rich needle to forth clip. Seems to yield the best result with this combination according to Google lol
  4. Wow with 142 mains? I would be in trouble. What elevation and temp at the time of the dyno?
  5. Clip is in center position now. 3rd slot from top. I will try second. Going to ride a few days first and check the plug
  6. If I am a little rich on main now (little) one clip on the needle might just get me perfect?
  7. I was thinking it was light but that could also be being paranoid beer bottle brown it is the 162 would have worked but for now I am safe with 165. Thanks for all your input RR! I think now I am rich on the needle jjh middle clip, plugs got dark fast in the middle messing around the yard. Runs great though. Better than i imagined
  8. Thanks no drag race here.. I want to play safe for now
  9. Posted this on 4mil serval post but looking for feedback
  10. Here is the currant plug chop. Let bike warm up removed plugs, put in new plugs had to ride about 1/4 mile or less slowly them hammer on. Slight incline WOT to 5th held for 10 secs touched 6th then too fast. Let it roll (while off) to a stop then removed plugs and rode home on old ones. Damn this thing runs like a raped ape now. I am very surprised by the servals forgiveness and low end with the shearer pipe. Money well spent. This is with 165 mains
  11. I did not push it just a few wot then shut down. I have plugs from 170 run today. Have not chopped yet will do tomorrow and post but the tops are dark so I am in that range. I don't think I was as lean as I thought at 162 but deff too lean for comfort.
  12. 162 is too lean. After short open run, plugs are evenly whit/grey. Bike did not get too hot though at least according to my lazer temp gauge. Try bigger jets soon. 170 then down
  13. Wow it sounds good! I am at 50 piolets and idles best 1 turn out or less...guess 52? Or should I wait til I do a few cycles?
  14. I stayed with smaller carbs hoping for quicker response. I am not trying to get the big numbers just looking for the best curve. I am at 170psi on both sides cold before break in or starting it. I do plan on race gas. Right now I have vp110 mixed 50:50 with 93. I think I will be alright. I got the dome cut from driveline. The ones I installed. The ones that came from BP have a lot larger squish band and were manufactured in kalispell mt by vortec. I have not heard of them but they look just like the pro design ones I used with the old motor. leak down passed squish good etc. pipes arrived today. I will get her fired up tonight as long as the wife lets me lol.. 75 hp will be more than enough power
  15. That what I was thinking. I am going to start at 162 and work down. When I get close it is time for the dyno
  16. The domes I have were cut for serval. But ? What is the difference between the two? One set I have has a larger squish band than the other.
  17. I don't have that luxury where I am at or at least on with jets instock. That is a good idea though
  18. I am having trouble finding anyone with the same specs for a guide to start jetting. I would like to have options on the bench before I get it going. I have 28mm pwk, Shearer SB, V-Force 4, Seval Wampus. I am at sea level about 90 degrees. I currently have 162, 160, 158, 155 mains and 50, 48, 45 pilots. jjh needle 22cc domes, +4, .047 squish
  19. Ok not worried about a free clean up. Cp does a great job as is. Plating is what I was after ... Guess I don't understand your post... Nothing is terrible .... Hakuna Matata
  20. It took a few places to get it done. Some impressed with although time was an issue for some. a few BIG name I was not in the least bit impressed with. A few Pm confirmed this.I will be scrolling the cases myself. Bp racing is the only place that had the wampus instock plated and redline for domes. I plan on redline doing any future port work
  21. Baller no maybe early mid life crisis
  22. Serval wampus is ordered. 21cc domes etc... Plated with a cleanup port. I remember asking what more hp would take lol 3k on motor clutch etc.. after suspension .. Wow.. This is adding up fast
