  1. So my Push lever on my 03 Banshee popped up and bent the retainer clip when I was riding and is now slightly corked, (ATTACHED PIC). I tore into the clutch side cover when i got my new push lever. Behind the clutch pressure plate, theres the lifter thing (attached pic) and the push rod ball was froze to it, and the push rod behind it doesnt move when i press on it with a screwdriver? how do i get the push rod out to replace it, some kind of magnet to pull it out or what?? and whats the lifter piece? please see the pics and the issues Im having will be better explained.. I also attached a pic of what the nut for the clutch adjustment looked like, isnt this way out of alignment? could this have caused the push lever to pop out? Thanks for all the help

  13. lol, My Grandfather used to weld for John Deere and he suggested we make something like that
  14. Okay! ill give that a shot, I havent been around the quad yet lately to know what Im tackeling, so prying may not be the answer, may have to make a tool to slide through middle of it then pull straight up. Just was thinking of an option. And no civic, 06 LBZ 6.6, close though! haha
  15. I'll try prying it with a couple flatheads. Then just press new one down in is assume?
  16. So I do or don't need this special bearing remover? Lol
  17. i need a bearing remover? it doestn just pull out? where is this "FAST" based out of?
  18. I have all the pieces, except can't find the washer/spacer that sits between the seal and spring. Anyone know where to find it on eBay?
  19. What rod & ball are you referring to? On clutch side or arm side of motor? So the washer sits between the spring/coil and the seal? Above motor? Don't think it had one of those... What would be the reasoning for a new cable? And how do you adjust pressure plate? Thanks!!!
  20. Found this on ebay. Wish I would have seen this before i ordered the one i have now not as a kit. That bearing must be visible if I pull out the seal?
  21. I took the little retained off becasue it was bent up. Will replace it. what seal are you referring to? the little black one below the spring type coil? also what do you mean by clutch rod and ball? Sorry to ask so many questions, just want to be sure to do it right! thanks for the help so far!
  22. I have an 03 banshee that I was riding down the road when the clutch linkage (i believe that is what its called, the internet called it the push lever assembly.. its the piece the clutch cable attaches to that goes down into the motor and has a bracket that bolts down over top of it). either way it popped out of the motor and bent that bracket up when i tried to shift to 5th or so? now its all warped and twisted. (POSTED PICTURES) I ordered a new one and got it in the mail, but am not sure how to install it? When i watched an engine disassembly video, the guy just pulled it right out of the motor? I figured it would be connected to some sort of push rod or something? I do not want to split the cases to do so, but if I have to I will. Any help on how to replace this piece will be greatly appreciated! thanks in advance. Also, based on the picture of the old clutch linkage piece, i shouldn't have to worry about pieces down in the motor should I?
