So who are some good engine builders you guys would recommend doing business with? When this "4mil" goes, I wanna get a monster.

I understand what your saying BUILDER, but this guy is impossible to get a hold of. I had to call him from a different number from a co workers phone because he was ignoring my incoming calls. Then when I got a hold of him of another phone (2nd ring) he wanted me to feel sorry for him because he dosent have enough guys working for him and he has no time to answer his phone.

I told you guys half of the story, my carbs were dirty when I received them with my motor! the bowls were not cleaned like he said he would clean them. I left that part out when I wrote my first post because I didn't have enough time to explain. he told me my jetting would be spot on also. It ran like crap when I put it all together. After I got it dyno tuned it ran great

Im going to have to be really accurate when I measure the stroke, like precise. So with the 4mil it moves 2mm lower and 2mm higher then stock stroke, correct?

I hope not, that would suck. Like I said, ill measure this Sunday if I decide to go home from work. If that's the case ill take the mother fucker to court. I wouldn't be surprised really.

Im 3 hours away from home right now, I travel for work. So unfortunately I wont be able to grab a pic until this Sunday.

Well anyways back on track here, I'm hoping I'll be satisfied with my stockers being ported. I thought about buying an aftermarket cylinder and just porting the sum bitch out, maybe a cub or serval. Thing is, why replace something that works perfectly? Maybe when this one goes out ill put the real goodies all in one engine.

No man nothing happens when I select the quote function on another persons message. When I do select it, the cursor is sent to the white blank text body and waits for me to type, with no attachments or tags above it. Hope that makes sense. I just PM'd admin for some help.

Sounds about right. How do I include someone's response in the conversation on my replies? I see the quote and mulitquote functions at the bottom right corner in the body of the text window. Im just typing in other members usernames when referring to something they said.

2strokes4u, your absolutely right, I did join to late. I could of payed thousands less for a bike that was equipped with what I wanted, but instead I had to put in so much to get it to my likings and standards. I picked the bike up spur of the moment, which I am a fool for doing. Im learning the hard way again and paying for it now. What site sponsor did you do business with and what did they do for you? I am always wanting to learn about other banshee enthusiast's experiences so I have stronger knowledge to make more confident choices. Thanks for your input!

So I will measure the stroke and see what I have. How disappointing if it measures out to be 54mm...

I just don't see how ports in a cylinder could function properly with only 2.283 inches of stroke...

That does not seem correct. That would mean the stock cylinder bore is only 2.519 inches... that's tiny.

Google conversion table says 58mm is 2.283 inches. Is that how short of a stroke the banshee has?? Holy shit.

Where could I purchase a Metric measuring tool that's thin enough to fit in the sprak plug sockets?
