  1. I saw a banshee silencer attached to a 350x honda with aluminum cans once. It seemed to work pretty good.
  2. Another exciting day at the office. If you're on, at least log on so it looks like somebodys in the chat room. http://www.bansheehq.com/forums/chat/index.php
  3. Me too.
  4. I agree... most likely the needle, but pilot could help. It's a combo that needs to work together.
  5. Look at the rear sprocket. I bet the teeth are bent slightly forward. I have that happen a few times.
  6. CottenEyeJoe sells nice stainless lines. http://www.dunedevilinc.com/index.php?acti...epart&partid=34
  7. Thats allright Holyman, I'll pay for Bush's war. You'll pay, Fireman will pay, our kids will be payin and our grandkids and Brooke will be payin', and if we refuse.... we'll be in jail for tax ivasion. Run up a big bill Mr President.... after all "debt" is the American way. Too bad we can't figure out a way to make the war supporters pay for the bill and the war protesters can keep thier hard earned cash and buy Banshee parts and gasoline @2.20 a gallon You know, I watch the debates and news but I'm not big into politics. I thought Kerry said we'll spend as much as it takes for the war. I think Michael Moore's view is "hind site is 20/20. Any one can make things look like facts when looking through the wrong end of a looking glass. Bush has been president for four years and been under a microscope. Of course any can pic him apart and make people see it there way. Kerry has not and I see more faults with Kerry already than Bush. That's my opinion. Here's what I'm afraid of if Kerry wins. We still spend billions on the war, our taxes go way up because they will start some type of organizations that we don't need, we will just do what the rest of the world "thinks" we should do, and we will still be in debt. Our economy isn't going to get better because of a president. We, as Americans, need to come up with some new innovative technology or just realize we are "on level ground" right now. It was time for the economy to do what it did. The technology over saturated the businesses and boom. I do see some points with Bush and I'm not saying he is a saint. His family is in the oil business and I realize that. He's not the best speaker. He does do what he thinks is right (and most of the time I think is right). I only have two guys to choose from here. I still think we are liberating two countries and saving the world from future devastation. Can $$$ put a price on that.
  8. Thanks a lot rod! No problem. Hope it helps.
  9. It really is in the hands of the builder. I think dunedemon probably has the most experience with suspension builders that I know .
  10. I'm not sure how it could be like stiffer springs if the clutch is adjusted right.
  11. pt mids or maybe toomey t-5's to be a little different than your friend.
  12. I did a search and didn't find much myself.
  13. www.rockymountainatv.com has them holyman
  14. Good Idea. I had to replace my swingarm bearings in the past. While I had it apard I put a grease zerk in it. The grease doesn't make it to the bearing. The only purpose is to keep the metal rod inside lubed for dis-assembly and keep the water out.
  15. i think its hard in the sand cause you still wanna be able to pull sixth, but to low and you cant keep the front end down, so for dragging uphill in the sand you can loose alot of time, but if you can get the jump and go you might not even hit sixth depending on the length of the climb.....i guess you just have to play with it based on your chassis and HP I never hit sixth in a drag. My rpms pull so friggin high it's amazing. I think it's my porting. It just doesn't run like any I've ever been on with decent bottom end. It's weird. I'll play with it if I ever get time to again.. lol.
  16. Blue, I'm doing really good. You bring up a good point about gearing. I am over paddled also. I let banchetta race it a couple times at silverlake and everytime you'd shift the front end came up. He put a hurtin on this really sharp green banshee that was there though. Weird seeing your own quad running down the strip. I'll have to consider re-gearing for the sand.
  17. Stirrin the pot I see. That's intresting.
  18. Now it's Wednesday.... I'm here once again.
  19. I was having a lot of trouble with grips and water. Banshee370 gave me a pair of pwc grips (fet ski grips) that get tacky when wet. Now I will never buy atv grips again.
  20. It's very hard to get a banshee to sit level.
  21. Also use www.eric-gorr.com to help with tips on break in. Don't forget to check ring gap.
  22. He's not saying the gas is to thick, he stated the more oil you use the less gas ther is, making your fuel/oil ratio lean on the fuel side Exactly... it was just a comment. Maybe you are to lean on the choke circuit will that much oil. Mine is usually hard to start after a rebuild but only the first time. After that it's usually fine. Your compression will go up after the rings seat also.
  23. The coils I've seen for spark plugs are a black sleeve with a taper on the top to keep them from turning in. Those coils will work though. Here are some instructions I looked up for you...... http://www.toolsnextday.ltd.uk/Helicoil_Ki...icoil_usage.htm
  24. I think he made more since before he ran for president. I don't think he really knows what he believes or what his position is. Maybe he's changed his mind, but he could at least tell us why it's so different from before. Maybe he's just to smart for me to understand. Man, I just don't understand.
