Yes looking at PRM Summit as a second choice but don't like it near as much. And shipping is $60 to Canada which is insane considering I have sent guitars all over the U.S. For less. Anyway I have time, still need a couple more parts before it goes back together

Ricky Stator, already called them and they quit making them. Anyone know along a style close ?

They are pretty. I like the ruggedness of the Sundahl desert style. I like the protruding front style bumpers. Will keep you in mind though as I don't think my chances are any good on finding one.

Think I read he's doing wind turbines now or something and not really putting his name out anymore. I know it's a long shot, if I can't find one I will probably buy a PRM Summit. Hate the new style bar type bumpers.
  10. Looking for one of his bumpers, anyone know where I can find one or a bumper of the same design?
  11. Glad you bought it, that is one nice bike!
  12. Stm trooper, yes my bike is a long Rod 373. I don't know what is done to the guys bike other than SLP and a smaller front sprocket which gives him a killer hole shot with the pipes. loved my bike with the PC pipes and those pipes do make more tq than the average. I know it's going to run better with the CPI but real curious as to what the Snipers will do as they where developed for 421 and up. I know JD had a good luck when he tried them.
  13. Hey Rob, I want that cylinder!
  14. Dave, I have never tried SLP on my bike but the guy I buy parts off runs them and he is hard to beat on hill climb. I like them because the power come on super hard and makes big torque. I also like SLP because they seem to work with small and bigger motors. I have a redline 4mil play port and have sold my PC for CPI's. I just picked up some Snipers and will see how they work on my 370. I am on the fence about going 421 since reading the gas mileage issues with them so curious to see if you think the upgrade is worth it.
  15. dave I would like to know how much better you like the 421 over your dune port and the difference in mpg, when you do ride it. To the OP I really liked my PC pipes and they do well when you upgrade the engine. Nice mid range pipe,,,,but still like SLP
  16. SLP. Big guy, pipe makes big hp and big tq.
  17. SLP hands down for a trail bike. Big HP, big TQ, and comes on early.
  18. I was in your shoes last year and researched a bunch of Canadian companies. I ended up dealing with FAST and REDLINE to build my 4 mil. The cost of the porting and parts when converted to CDN was essentially the same quotes (if not less) than for a CDN company to do it. Like these guys are saying these shops specailized in banshees and i have no regrets using them. If you end up sourcing parts throught the stated USE USPS NOT UPS.
  19. Go and speak to a Justice of the Peace or a First Appearance Officer if you have such a thing in the States. This is essentially a free trial you can have to plead your case. If you have any pictures of your build bring them along as proof of what youve done. You should be able to get this bike back. I will now be leaving my VIN sitcker when powder coating after reading this nightmare.
  20. http://www.ebay.com/itm/121681134117?item=121681134117&viewitem=&vxp=mtr#ht_804wt_1186 Anyone here try these? They look good. Reviews from the street bike guys seem positive. I am considering trying them out for the price. Looking for input.
  21. "Owning a zilla isn't cheap ".......words to live by right there. I have a 87 built right and I do like the ride better on them than the banshee but holy shit what a pain in the ass it is when looking for parts. I am probably selling mine just for that reason. Too bad only four years production on these bikes, they are awesome rides when the bugs are sorted out.
  22. i like the look of those pipes. nice bike man.
  23. Yep, i was thinking JP Racing. Regardless nice bike.
  24. this is a JD Racing framed bike? NICE find!! He was one of the very first guys making frames.
  25. ^^^what he said?
