So I've been reading about the US having a national ammo shortage of many calibers. I.e. 9mm .22lr and .223 and 7.62x39mm
What kind of prices are you guys paying for this stuff ? And how readily available is it ? I know media outlets like to propse doom and gloom outlooks so I was wondering what YOUR personal experience is.
The above mentioned calibers here in Canada are readily available and go for dirt cheap. I recently bought 300 rounds of .22lr for about $8.00
I can get a case of 1200 non corrosive 7.62x39mm for $300
Remmington .223 I can get 1000 rounds for $400
Not sure about 9mm cause I don't have a handgun...yet
From what I've heard they're pretty anal about sparkys, I had to order some for my self cause I don't plan on taking an 8 hr trip to be turned around. Also they require the 10 ft safety flag. (I'm sure you knew that) I'll be buying one at the local performance store when I get there
Anybody tried these tannerite exploding targets ? They recently made some changes to our firearms and explosives laws. This stuff is legal to purchase now and at $10.00 a lbs seems well worth a day of blowing shit up to me!
I replaced the basket on my dirt bike with a barnett last year and it was a pain in the ass getting the gear in middle of the hole, that and the rivets from the stock one, mind you I was 10 beers deep
Did some research and found a lot of you guys are or were using the magnum engineering clutch baskets. Are these still one of the best ones you can get for the price ?
Let me check with him if they're built in already or something, we don't need them here so I've never worried about it. He says they're fmf sst silencers
Going to the hq ride at silver lake, neither my friend or I have spark arresters, don't know if we even need them. Need a set for toomey t5's and fmf fattys
