i had that problem getting the cases apart lol

the overflow has a plastic piece on it ( m8 x1.25) for the upper case and (m6 x 1.0) for the lower. there is a post up here "bolts and threads" got everything u need to know.

there is also a over flow back there so if it has too much oil. it will start coming out there as well

try making sure ur slides are in synq. and maby one it all the way closed. and loading up. happened to me this weekend. it made one of the cylinders go dead.. -
