  3. dang, I hope it does not need a 160, smallest I have is a 162
  4. Motor was completely disassembled and put back together by shawn at proformance prototype after I purchased it used. I have +10 swinger 110 race gas New drive line clutch , no lockout I do not know what needles are in it, I do not know how to tell . I did a glug chop last night with 168 mains, to me it looks lean but I am going to have shawn look at it this weekend.
  5. It is not ported, sand drags but I am testing in my field with ambush 22's +4 timing compression 162 with 20cc domes
  6. I have trouble with my hole shot, it just bogs most of the time and the drags are next week and at the moment I will have to bring my 4poke because this thing is not going to cut it. I am trying to take off in second gear I have a 421 cub, 33pwk carbs on 110 mix is 32:1 jetting 170 mains 600' elevation. sprockets 15/43 22" tires I have tried a bunch of different gearing and some different jets, needle is currently 2nd from bottom. any suggestions ? It seems everything I have tried does not work.
  7. For the fronts and whooped out sand dunes and trails what shock will not jar you the most, the cheaper fox float 3 or alka stage 3 or works shocks ?

  11. second in line , do you have what looks like the needed spacers and pump as well ?
  12. I ended up grabbing a couple pilot jets off ebay, I did not want to wait. I started it this morning one kick with choke held all the way out, I do not think it sat long enough. I will try again in 4-5 days
  13. Thanks guys for the help, I will post back on how the bike starts again with holding the choke out. Does anyone have a extra set of 30 pilots for sale ? I hate ordering from jets r us
  14. now that is has started, it starts first kick so now I will have to wait a day or more to see what it needs to start again. So would it be a choke issue or would I need the 30 pilots. would turning the air screw in from 1.5 - maybe 1 turn out tell me if it needs bigger pilots ?
  15. I ended up moving clip to 2nd from bottom, the needle is longer then stock. ( will that be OK ? ) So then I kicked it over 20 times and no start, I then changed plugs, kicked it 7 times no start. Then I held the choke all the way out while kicking and it started second kick. So do I need a new choke ? it only stays out on one click and will not stay out all the way.
  16. My elevation is 600' pilots are 27.5 needle clip is 3rd from bottom I removed one carb it was wet when I took it off
  17. Reeds are good, I actually purchased the bike a while ago and had new rings put on it for the heck of it, plug caps are unknown on age so probably the originals. I am going to go out and check on the pilots and the needle clip position, I will post back in 20
  18. Yes choke tube is on, do you think it would be carb related ?
  19. Yes carbs cleaned many times, 270 mains, air screw out 1.5 turns, new fuel lines .
  20. Yes, I have it written down, off the top of my head it is 126 in both
  21. one of my banshees starts hard when cold, it takes over 20-40 kicks to get it started, it has good compression, stock carbs with air box removed and toomy pipes. once warm it starts usually with a kick. and runs real good. what should I look at for trying to solve this pain in the butt.
