We make them locally but Jordan @ Turbo Chassis makes a nice bar for a nice price.

I can set you up with a nice new Fireball Racing drag axle 30 inch beam with your choice of hubs all around (sprocket, wheels, brake, etc) for $525 shipped. The wheel hubs can slide about 3" on each side on these making that 30" platform as low as 24" in just a few minutes. Shoot me a PM if I can help.

This ^^ and perhaps a combination of a "backyard" job. The finish work doesnt look 100% and would probably point to someone with less than proper tools or experience.
