  1. in any step, from beginning to end , i never really had to use power on aluminum, if you clean the aluminum,and use good polish, also good car buffing compound works to get rid of oxydation , but dont use red, use white or something not colored,it cuts nicely like wet sanding,but you need to wash the aluminum thoroughly before using aluminum polish,or it will contaminate the aluminum,from other stuff you used
  2. hi, i think your doing like i have done, i think your polishing with to fast of machine, and its burning/dulling , try cleaning the part, maybe wet sand 1000grit with good dish soap ,then mothers or wenol, with a poilishing cloth and just use the hand to polish and see itf it comes shinier i really think its glazing from to hot or high speeds
  3. i would go to the 250r if your not happy with the shee, hondas are great bikes!, only reason i have a shee is cause its a twin and i love the sound, there is a lot you can do to a "r" and they are comfortable, shees feel big and heavy, thats prolly why someone saud they felt smooth like a cadillac, cause of the weight or so
  4. you can tell a lot by pics, quality of port work for 1, if boost ports are in if ex port work was don , so you have no fing clue PICS are worth a 1000 words

  9. quick question, 4mil stroker cranks, i measured mine, there only 2mil stroked on each crank,not 4 so they equil 4 mil TOTAL, but you dont add them to figure out cc's bore x bore x stroke x 2cyls, not adding the strokes from each cyl , so why do ppl think a 4 mil is 58?, its 56mil anymore stroke and the cases would need trenched, thats why i went drop in 4mil/5mil long rod, and the rod if you get 795 pistons they bring the tops back where there suppose to be, so its still 2mil stroked like a v8 motor you take the stroker crank- and bor x bor x strk x 8 anyone have any reasoning? lol thanks guys for hearing my rant

  11. make sure the pressure plate is in right, like someon said it is indexed, it goes in a certain way and its closed if not it sticks out like that! and it will slip
  12. cheap moon keys will bend and shift on you as well use good ones or oem, are you sure its not a advanced key? "offset for timing changes?
  13. they open farther as well, since the stock reed stops are removed, so it will need re jetted but they help lots, carbon fiber reeds are the best
  14. did you alter the air box? are the wires connected right?,
  15. check the fuel tank vent, make sure it will flow right with the cap on and off, also try blowing through the fuel lines to the carb/s if its still stock carbies then tap on the carbs to free up the floats maybe that will let them drop if there stuck
