  1. if your caliper is not been rebuilt i would say it needs a rebuild. it sounds like its rusty in there and making it stick
  2. Right now I got 18 inch itp holeshots and you can't feel a thing at wot 6th gear except the banshee trying to come out from underneath ur ass haha
  3. Well since I don't own a balancer and dont know shat about tire balancing. If these are bad too can a car auto shop balance atv tires
  4. its very tight on the rear end no play what so ever. and the complete front end bearings have been replaced since i owned it.
  5. ahh i see. well i hope these are good quality haha
  6. yea i tried them with about 2psi and pumped to like 10psi almost no difference.
  7. so i put some 22-11-8 cheng shin lumberjack tires on my banshee's rims and they shake like a mother fker. Cant get over 5th gear with out having a mini seizure trying to hold on to the handlebars. On my 3 wheeler they shake but thats only going 45 mph. So since my little 18 inchers need to go i found a pair of carisle turf tamer knobby style tires. IM hoping these dont shake but why do some tires shake and others dont??
  8. [quote name='yamaha driver' timestamp='1348001305' post='13921 might have found some
  9. any one have some 20x11x8 tires good for pavement that dont bounce at high speed?? not looking to spend alot on them under 100 would be awesome
  10. They are one of the worst plugs made... they make it look like its running leaner then it really is.
  11. do a proper plug chop with new plugs. black means its too rich a light tan is usualy perfect.
  12. what i did to figure this out on a 3 wheeler before is take that black/white wire while its running and touch the bare end of the wire to the frame. it should die if not that wire has a break in it somewhere. if it does then you switch is faulty.
  13. i see the problem for your sprocket. its got some dirt/grease on the side of it. clean it up it will work great
  14. i need a throttle cable that can be used with a thumb throttle on a 89 banshee with tors removed. pm me if you have one
  15. My linkhere is my black and red banshee
  16. haha i should read the dates then looking for questions
  17. dont get them someone put the same exact setup on my shee on the tiny tires are horrible. it gives you about 3 inches of clearence from the skidplate on the swingarm to the ground. the tires are also very soft and dont grip at all. Im using mine on the road just to put on my 3 wheeler for grass drifting when they get bald...
  18. yea i had the gas siphoned out of all my atv/atc's more than twice already... People must be "special" up here cause the 5 gal can was sitting 2 feet from my banshee full of fuel and still was the next day. But everything else was bone dry. That sucks about them stealing it like that, i would be at the police station everyday trying to do something.
  19. Farmers/ people get VERY mad and will chase you if you drive in ditches. (personal experience happened 4 times in different locations) so i stopped driving in any ditch. It is legal to drive on any township road around here which is awesome cause thats all that is around. thats why i need a tire that will last a long time since im not racing except occasional drag race between people who think they can win. I looked at the scorchers but couldnt find one for my rim size and 20 or bigger. Also the american racers seem to be a soft rubber and i think that will wear out quickly.
  20. hey guys im in some need of street tires since all my riding is on pavement. im looking for some cheap tires and a good place to buy them from anyone got any tips? im running 8 inch rear rims and need at least 20 inch-22 inch tires 18s are to small.
  21. hey already got a pm about one sorry
  22. Hey guys just wondering if anyone has one laying around they would sell for cheap or donate haha. I have a twist throttle now and im not a fan of them. THANKS!
