  1. I checked with advance auto parts for royal purple 10w40 and they told me they don't carry it..???
  2. Looks like everyone runs royal purple often. I will be going with royal purple, can anyone post a pic of the bottle please thanks for the help everyone!
  3. So Royal Purple 0-40 is the way to go? How many quarts do i poor in? I heard Yamaha makes a good fluid for them too, is this true? Can some post a pic of the actual bottle (royal purple) so I grab the correct one. Thanks
  4. I'm going to change the transmission fluid on my bike. I'm not looking to save money, I want to run the best Fluid on my banshee.. Whats your advise Thanks
  5. I picked up a new wire harness, CDI box, and run stop switch today. Everything worked out perfect as for the key switch I have it jumped because the original switch I had on the bike was spliced into the harness. I don't want to splice this harness so I will be getting myself a new key switch.
  6. I tried the same thing last night and it wasn't working
  7. I will try that next.. I have a feeling it's the CDI box, I'm about to just buy the wireharness CDI box and switches and scrap the rest!
  8. Ok so the black white stripe wire is not working as I thought... I'm still having the same problems from the beginning... I checked the switches they look fine, removed the wiring harness from the frame to insure. No breaks any where! I noticed the back light is not working now... Does this seem like the CDI box is messed up??
  9. Ok now I'm confussed, I'm out of town as soon as I get back I will check it out.
  10. Weird you said that because on my bike there together and I still used the key before
  11. So I took a second shot at grounding the wire and it shut off looks like I wasnt doing it to bare metal the first time. Next: the key switch, I was lookin at the wiring and it looks as it has a total of 4 wires. It has 2 going to the coil and 2 black wires connected together. Does this sound correct?
  12. Almost positive I did but will may sure
