i would also prefer welded cases. i have seen pictures of cases welded by wildcard and they looked great. also cam at redline has a reputation for doing great work, his stuff runs really good and id use him without hesitation.
a bigger motor is gona be way cheaper than a nitro methane education. there is tons of info on the web. you may want to look at some old planet sand threads.
some lock ups have a see thru cover which makes it obvious, but not all. some fit under the stuck cover and you would have to take the cover off to see.
yea i know, theyll usually only be dark lines on one side and almost white on the other. if you think its lean add some fuel and try again. plugs are way cheaper than a motor.
evertime my bike had dark black lines lines on plug chops it was a size or 2 too rich. i would richen it up first though and retry. if its indeed too rich start leaning it down.
i sent in a yamaha champ 100 cylinder that was pitted and a little rusty to jeff. he got it all cleaned up and sent back in a short time frame. just wanted to say thanks again to f.a.s.t. racing.
i ran SSTs on my serval at first because thats all i had, i later switched to shearers. the sst pipes pulled way better down low and okay in the midrange. if i was a trail guy i would go back to SSTs.
The 4 Mm Motors Are Awesome. Cheap To Build,MaintaiN And Are Very Reliable. Use The Money You Would Spend On Building A Bigger Motor To Buy Some Suspension.
