  1. RM pickup coils are a joke. I bought one a cpl years ago and there wasn't a little nub on it. There was 2 thin pieces of metal embedded into the plastic. I had to cut the plastic so it would work.
  2. If you dont want to cut the wires just stick a U shaped wire terminal into the plug. Just be careful not to bend the pins. On my 96 the plug has four holes but only two has wires.
  3. I think your the guy I bought those toomey t5s off of. I have a stock set of head and mids sitting in a barn at my farm.
  4. Just ziptie the spring to the cap and change the clip position then cut it when done. I've been in my carbs so much I just hold it back with my fingers. After awhile it becomes easy.
  5. 96 frame with 97 motor. Yellow tank and rad cover with red front and purple rear fenders. The trick is to paint front and rear fenders black for better aerodynamics.
  6. Seriously?!
  7. I had this problem for over a year a couple years back. I ripped everything off the frame and cleaned it up. I rattle canned the frame with chrome/silver paint. When I put it all back together I had no spark. Went through the entire harness and every wire had continuity. Sanded down the grounding spots. Checked on/off switch which was good. Bypassed key switch just for good measure. Still no spark. Bought a new coil cause it tested bad. No spark. Bought new stator even tho it was within specs. No spark. Finally bought the most expensive part (cdi). No spark. I let it sit in my grandparents garage for a very long time. One day I decide to use part of an amp wire from my old system to ground the frame to the engine and BAM spark.
  8. I keep getting loading bars on my phone everytime I exit a forum.
  9. The only good thing about this is when someone tries to ride it the first thing they do is turn the key on. So nobody will ride it without me knowing.
  10. My banshee will only run with the key off. When I turn the key on it turns off. This just happened one day. Has anybody ever have this problem? If so what did you have to do? Thanks.
