  1. Just courious what are the pros of doing this...any cons
  2. Ive got the Vortex in my Banshee comes with cushions backer plate fasteners good basket so far after 3 seasons no wear yet and it was very inexpensive compaired to the others
  3. &That is the exact reason I put up the cash for a Hot Rods crank....Build it right now so you dont have the failure and cost you even more to do the repairnbsp;
  4. Jeff will fix ya up...great guy to deal with
  5. Obviously you boys have never ridden a Built Banshee, but really all this out of control on a stocker. LOL. T6's Suck you will see that as time goes by, they dont make much power on top. Ouch your ankle looks like Hell by the way, hope you heal up soon the riding and racing season is getting close.
  6. This is what I have the set with the oem grills still on have lenses that were burnt the one without the grills are perfect they come with Blue Cascade headlight covers. What you see for $65
  7. Wow this thread is a BUST....LOL
  8. I couldnt find the headlights I'll look again tomarrow after work then I'll post pics of what I have sorry man Ive got parts strung every where.
  9. I have a good set of heel guards and two sets of oem headlights one set has slightly melted lenses I'll get pics up tonight
  10. Hell ive always put 3 heat cycles on mine just letting it idle and blip the throttle abit and after the heat cycles i ride the bike go through the gears maybe half throttle at times. After a tank of gas I get on it hard this being a stock cyl. motor...Yea i know im kind of skittish on my break ins Ive heard to many seisures not breaking in slowly Everybody has an opinion
  11. I had bought one of these swingers in powder chrome it it built strong and clean. Its a lil heavy but no need to worry bout welds breaking or any other problems with it. I have been running mine for bout6yrs now Dune/Drag
  12. WD-40 and a multitude of small brushes rags and a whole lot of elbow grease
  13. Who is gonna port them jugs for you and how aggresive of a port you gonna get done
  14. That happened to me also JUNK cast pistons...them skirts dont like high rpm fo very long. Have the motor ported and use weisco prolite pistons and forget about that happening again just be sure not to lean the motor out.
  15. Imo 916 not good T5's good Dune pipe ported or not CPI's now what are you gonna do trails or Dune/Drag that is what the CPI's really show themselves Hard hitting midrange pull with good overrev.
  16. Come on.... a 450R would have its ass handed to it by a modded YFZ 450 its not Rocket Science
  17. O.K. guys sounds like we are comparing apples to oranges here. IMO these two quads are very opposite of one another. I own a 04 Banshee dune ported etc. etc. and a 06 Raptor with the perverbial "Big Three". The Banshee is a 70hp machine the Raptor Im quessing 50-55hp, the Banshee will run circles all day around the Raptor build but you put a 70hp Raptor up to my Banshee I would get stepped on all day. Them Big Bore Raptors with a little port work like what Cuervo Racing does $400 for a 68hp Duner is no sluff, ported or not Raptors have unreal TQ .Dont overlook them Raptors they are Damn tough quads I would really love to send my motor to Daniel and have him set it up for a all out Drag motor buuuut this is my wifes ride. Back to the Banshees its like building a Small Block Chevy engine it dont cost much for good HP. A piped with decent pipes and jetted Banshee should take a Big Three Raptor but not by much. Everybody has their opinion but this is how I see it.
  18. Yea I thought the bends and endcaps looked out of place being CPI's good eye fellas
  19. What a thread LMFAO.....
  20. Have any idea on power this setup made HP TQ
  21. Just run ATF type F and change it a lil more often. Its cheaper, lower viscosity meaning less drag on your motor...
  22. I have a question for ya...WTF are a poormans CPI's?
  23. Them Boyesend Reeds are ok nothing special buy some VForce Reeds the 3 or 4's are good ive ran the 3's for6yrs now and the peddles are in great shape still
