Im running 15-40 on a dune port 22x11x8 10 paddle Extreme 72RO 1-5 dunnable override on the 300' sand, im 215lbs...you should seariously be able to pull more gear on that 4mill Bud.

I finally got my headpipe from CPI...ITS A MIRICLE and the best part is...no damage, third time is the charm but no more dealings with CPI, Im done with that SHIT!!!

Get some PWK's and I also would say 70ish HP go +4 on timing and case match the bottom end to your jugs be worth a few more ponys, throw some good reeds in there too and let er eat!!!

tdod101... any aftermarket reed will help increase performance over the oem B.S. like the thread says you build a motor with all parts porting etc. to complement each other to squeeze every bit of H.P. and TQ out of the power plant, and yes you can go backwards adding the wrong parts to your motor...

IMO from what I have seen, if you have a Drag ported motor you will benefit from the 4's over the 3's. The Dyno will prove it but as far as a mild build you can get away with the 3's having just as good performance. The price of the 4's are way cheaper than the 3's so that is a no brainer...Im running the 3's cause ive had them for bout 5yrs so when the pettles go so will the whole Reed package then I will call Jeff @ F.A.S.T and buy my 4's

Might have some electonic probs I agree...I would run a mix of VP110 and 91 ethanol free fuel 1:1 ratio with that comp. and also a 32:1 fuel oil mix...Why did your builder say to run such a oil lean mix 40:1?

I couldnt get them to slide out and yes I do know they come out the clutch side, had em out before.

I have my cases and all parts cleaned getting ready to put my motor back together, Do you guys put case sealer on the Crank Seals or not. And a second question when I took my shift forks off of the shafts I had to tap on the plug on the case half to get the shafts out. I just tapped the plug back in place, will it leak now or will it still have a good seal.

I believe the RD motor will have taller tranny gears, aimed more toward street/hiway speeds

Exactly what trickcarbine said the moon is the limit on building a Banshee...so far this winter ive got $1500 in mine and I'm tearing it down and putting it back together myself money really is no object with these things but when you WFO a built Banshee, nothing compairs to it. Have fun with yours.
