    ive never sanded anywhere on my frame should be grounded threw the harness and unless your filled the threaded holes with paint its ground threw every bolt hole

    one of those magnet antenna thingys work good there is a rod behind the ball that it can be welded too that you cannot see.

    that same 350 ran quicker then my cub all 350s must be better then 421s

    good luck only way to really do it that way is to stamp or press them with a die
