  4. Ya I'm only at 120 with 19s but waiting on part for my top end should be in today. Pistons and cylinders are still stock just rings gummed up for sitting for a year and half so hopefully new set of rings and ill be flying
  5. you could try some cable lube
  6. whats ur compression at 06?
  7. What's your compression? I'm at 5000 and run 19s on pump gas you could probally get away with 17s on pump that high smaller dome raises compression.
  8. id invest the 20 to 30 dollars for a compression gauge..
  9. ya even if theres a lil pinch in those o rings theyll leak
  10. ya i always just ride till i run out then mix it the day im going out so dont have to worry about it

  15. its .03 right for clearance?
  16. well i just pulled my head off since i had low compression i was at 90. 100 is what noss says for my elevation. but what im wondering is boring and hone really a necessity cylinders were smooth no scratches or anything. pistons dont look to bad still stock. more or less wondering if i should do just ring or wondering what you guys suggest i put a cool head on i ordered not gonna take it out till i do rebuild. just didnt wanna leave it uncovered in winter, but the cool head with 19cc domes did up me to to around 120 only saying around because compression gauge threads are a little bit shorter then plugs any input would be nice thank you.
  17. your going to get a million answers i run klotz benol 32:1
  18. got a puller from local dealer 14 bucks, and no wait on shipping. well i pulled my head of to see what size my pistons were for rings. cylinders looked good still have stock heads. went to order rings and the guy at one of the cycle shops in town was telling me i needed to bore it out regardless but had a few friends look at it and said i was fine yet to buy a something to measure how much bigger it is compared to piston. but it all looks great to me should i just try new rings and see if compression goes up did put my cool head on and gained 25 psi just because i didnt wanna leave open cylinders in a carport in winter so before i order just rings any one have any input. thanks also every one said put up a pic so here ya go also have yet to buy a compression tester i trust not a hf one and the threads are shorter then spark plug does it reall make all that diff?
  19. plus for is what every one will tell ya on your timing

  21. thanks alot
  22. think i made it smaller lets see.
  23. already done. so i know i'm going to get told to use search a million times. if i dont have a flywheel puller for when i to my timing plate read few spots rent one from an autoparts store any idea why im asking for cuz i dont think flywheel puller for car would be the same as on banshee
